- Overall Impression: Overall i found the resort to be fine. Hinestly we spent most of our time at a park or somewhere offsite like Disney Springs. We loved the trip but found other resorts to be much nicer. Being our first trip with the family it was fine. We ended buying dvc at okw so we likely wont be staying at this resort again but will be at disney for sure. Next trip is already booked.

- Overall Impression: I was really excited to be with my 14-year-old daughter at this resort. It was our favorite resort with my children who are now married when they were little. I wanted her to experience what her siblings did but unfortunately we probably won’t stay here again due to the security.

- Overall Impression: Overall I found the resort to be fine. We only stayed here because we were looking for a quick cheapish trip. This was our first time staying at a value. We probably will not stay at a value again, since we always stay at moderate resorts and are even thinking of buying into DVC. How ever for the value it was a good place to rest your head at the end of the day. We did not spend much time in the resort or room.

- Overall Impression: Fantastic people at the desk and through out the resort. We had a problem with our departure and they helped us sort it out. The ice storm delayed our train and we had to stay in Florida an extra day. The cast members on the desk were able to arrange for us to stay they night in the same room and check out the following morning. We were so happy. One less thing to stress about at the end if a great trip to Disney. Just had to worry about getting our dog from the kennel at home.

- Overall Impression: Overall the only way I would stay again is if I couldn't get availability at POP and the refurb is complete. We had a preferred room and the room still felt pretty far from buses and lobby.

- Overall Impression: Overall was good. Prices are getting way to expensive. Couple things customer relations would not resolve. One issue was easily resolved and supposed to get a credit return on the bill but was charged anyway, never got the credit.

- Overall Impression: ASM is a good value for on property lodging. Pools and food were okay for value as well. I enjoyed being one of the first drop off's for the bus coming back from the parks. Also, the value resorts are a good option when you're not picky about where to sleep if you're determined to spend most of your time in the parks. The staff was very helpful and kind in helping us work out the kinks of our plans and app issues.

- Overall Impression: The room and resort itself were completely fine, simply have nothing to write home about.
The buses were not the best but this is easily solved with uber/lyft.
The cast member I dealt with may have only been cross with me but I must assume that he was this way with others as well. I have never had such a bad cast member interaction in the 12 years I have been coming to WDW and this resort has been tainted for me.

- Overall Impression: I stayed at the All-Star Sports resort in 2001. It was the first time I had stayed at a value resort and, while it was in the summer, there were a lot of high school groups visiting. I was not enthusiastic about staying at an All-Star resort again. This past trip, which was in January 2020, has completely changed my mindset on the All-Star resorts. It is a fantastic value, especially since the rooms have recently been updated. I would absolutely stay at the All-Star Music resort again.

I was worried staying at an All Star Property but after this stay I could not think of a reason not to stay there especially after the room remodels. We do not stay at the resort much as we are in the parks from open to close and this was perfect. We were able to get pizza and cocktails when needed and the bus service was quick.

We are retired and need to watch our money.
When we come in November for our 50th wedding anniversary ( bonus that Disney is celebrating 50th during our anniversary) we have never stayed at one of the high end hotels, and hope we can afford to stay at Boardwalk, Rivera, or contemporary if it affords our budget for our big celebration Thank you for asking about our stay, we were married on Mickeys Birthday and Disney has been a part of our life for a very long time.
