- Overall Impression: We did a finding nemo room so the location was great - to pool, food and transportation. The lifeguards at the pool were the best I have ever seen. And, the gondola worked so so well - we could wheel our daughter right on in her stroller. The inside of the hotel is quite dark - and I think the carpets in the halls could be updated.

- Overall Impression: AoA is our favorite Value Resort, especially now that our dogs can stay with us there. That said, I would NOT stay there, or bring the dogs, if we were doing a parks vacation. It is just too long a haul to get back to AoA to walk and interact with our pets, or maybe a long way if you have a family with kiddos who need a break. Food service is a bit lacking and I think Disney could do some better resort themed merchandising (coloring books, art classes, . But for the money, Art of Animation is a great place to stay.

- Overall Impression: Art of Animation is a great resort for families due to its theme and size of rooms. But, the hustle and bustle in the lobby and around the whole resort in general was quite an inconvenience, especially transportation wise. All in all though, this is definitely a resort that I would stay at again as it is easy to navigate and just has overall positive vibes that you would want at a Disney resort.

- Overall Impression: This resort although a Value can sometimes have prices closer to deluxe and this is because it has family rooms, but prices will still be better than booking 2 rooms with adjoining doors.
If you stay in The Little Mermaid rooms, which have 2 beds then be prepared for a walk as they are the furthest from reception and restaurant. But the biggest selling point for us was the Skyliner station. Such a brilliant way to travel, we went to Epcot one night so it was Skyliner to Carribean Beach and quick tranfer to the Epcot skyliner and we came in at International Gateway. Even more exciting on the return journey as we saw all the resorts lit up.

- Overall Impression: We really enjoyed our stay in one of the Finding Nemo Family Suites! We have two kids under the age of 10, so the Disney character theming really appealed to them. That being said, if you are traveling with adults only (or with teenagers) it's possible they may not appreciate the superabundance of cartoon/animated theming. Although the Nemo Suites are expensive, the convenience of nearby pool / food court / store / transportation are worth the price. The Big Blue Pool however no longer plays the underwater audio which was a bummer. Also, cast members knocked on our door multiple occasions while we had the 'do-not-disturb sign' displayed which woke up our kids from their naps. We thought Landscape of Flavors Food Court was good but not great. Overall, a decent resort but might stay elsewhere on our next trip.

My only true complaint was the security checks cast members are required to make mid day with the do not disturb sign posted. I get the rationale, but a system needs to be devised to avoid interrupting the kids’ nap time.

- Overall Impression: So I hear all the time how value resorts have walls "like paper" and they're so loud. We have stayed at POP twice and Sports once and had NO problems at all with noise. Another story here. Several mornings we slept in a bit and the slamming of doors was ridiculous. It just went on and on. It didn't seem like there could be that many doors within earshot of our room. Lots of thuds, too. Didn't hear any talking however. Makes me wary of staying here again. Also the Little Mermaid rooms are SO FAR from the lobby/buses/pool/food court. I would be willing to stay in one of the closer rooms, but those suites are super pricey, so it is unlikely we'll stay here again. Much prefer Pop Century. My son who is 13 loved this resort, though.

- Overall Impression: Pleasantly surprised as we would normally stay at Port Orleans French Quarter. It can be a bit of a hike to the room but the addition of the Skyliner was a great bonus. Enjoyed a lovely night at Epcot and really liked travelling back on the Skyliner.

- Overall Impression: One of the best themed resorts, especially if you are a fan of the chosen movies that theme the places. Great for families with their suites, and of course The Little Mermaid section is fan favorite for many, so if you are taking an Ariel fan, you will always win!

- Overall Impression: It felt like there has been some cost-cutting going on, with the removal of carpets in the rooms and the reduced menu in the restaurant. It also felt like there were fewer cast members around than on previous trips. We had a good trip, but I didn't love it like I did on our first two visits.

- Overall Impression: everything was very clean, and all cast members were very nice, there are some small issues with the resort but I would highly recommend giving this resort a try as it is very nice, and gives easy access to HS and Epcot with the Skyliner.

- Overall Impression: I think it was a great resort for our first family trip to Disney World. The theming was perfect for kids and the pool was awesome. My husband definitely has higher expectations from his hotels so in the future we might try out the Cabins or taking time to save more money and staying in a deluxe villa. I do think it's a good option for families with 3 or 4 kids who need the extra sleeping space though!

- Overall Impression: Art of Animation was a great place to stay after not being at Disney for many years. It's cost effective for groups (if you don't mind odd sleeping arrangements) and never took long to get to any of the parks. I would highly recommend to families or animation fans!

- Overall Impression: Resort is great at keeping you immersed in Disney. Overall the resort was very clean and the added bonus of the skyliner was awesome. However, given the way our family vacations, I would never shell out $500+ a night for a suite there. Although the extra space is nice, we're never really in the room and would prefer to spend that money on experiences.
