- Overall Impression: I love the beach club and understand things happen. The location is great. Not happy that our room was not ready in a timely manner though. Felt bad for the girl at the check in desk, I think she thought we were going to bite her head off. I am a calm person and understand mistakes happen.

- Overall Impression: This is a beautiful resort. The beach theming really screams vacation vibes. There was some minor wear and tear to the dvc villas but nothing too extreme that would prevent me from staying again. The staff members were overall friendly and helpful. The only staff members I felt were lacking a Disney attitude were the boat operators. They had an attitude about wheelchairs and were very unhelpful with wheelchair boarding.
Besides our transportation issues,
The overall stay was pleasant and I would definitely stay here again.

- Overall Impression: It's ok. If I was staying longer I probably would've spoken to someone about the room. We were making. A quick trip for my daughters 16th birthday so I was willing to tolerate what is really overall just cosmetic issues. Nothing was dirty but I was a little underwhelmed.

- Overall Impression: The day we checked into Beach Club was the 2nd day of our 6 night stay. We had stayed at BLT the previous night. After checking out of BLT, we spent the day at Epcot, waiting for the text that our room was ready. The text never came. We had hired a private babysitting service to babysit our children that evening at our Beach Club Villa. We are from Chicago and were meeting up with friends from Florida in Epcot at 5pm. The babysitter was coming at 4:30. So the fact that we had not received our text by 4pm was a bit concerning to us. At 4pm, we walked to Beach Club lobby to find out what was going on. The lady at the front desk was very nice, but informed us that our room was not yet ready. She could not give me an ETA on when it would be available. After standing in line to speak to someone at the front desk, it was already almost 4:30. I explained to her that we needed the room ASAP, as we are paying a babysitter hourly starting at 4:30 pm, but of course could not leave our children with the babysitter in the lobby while the adults headed back to Epcot. She offered us fastpasses. With having to pay the babysitter hourly until the room was ready, I did not think fastpasses was sufficient justice for the situation. When I voiced that opinion, she went to speak to her manager and came back offering $100 resort credit. I accepted the credit. My family, the babysitter and I all sat in the lobby waiting for our text. It finally came at 5:15 pm, 15 minutes after we were supposed to already be in Epcot. We headed to our room, which was one of the furthest rooms from the lobby. I had requested a room closest to the lobby, and while I realize that not all requests are guaranteed, I still must mention that our request was not granted. We finally got to our room, but our magic bands would not open the door. We checked every magic band in our party and the door would not open for any of them. So we had to trek back down to the lobby and stand in the 20 minute long line to speak to someone. The lady at the desk (different lady) was very helpful and very understanding of our frustration. She took our magic bands and fixed the issue, but said that each magic band would have to be personally fixed at the front desk. By this time, it was 6:00 pm, and time was ticking - wasting away a night that was supposed to be for the adults at Epcot to meet with friends. I, again, voiced my frustration and she stated that she was the manager and that she would add $150 credit onto our room. She also said she would send a "runner" to gather up the rest of the magic bands of the rest of our family that we had left sitting in the hall in front of our door while my husband and I went to the front desk ourselves. We walked back to our room and was able to get into our room. We immediately called bell services and asked that our luggage be brought up. (We had already verified earlier that bell services had our luggage.) Bell services stated they would be delivered within 10 minutes. The runner showed up about 15 minutes after we did, retrieved all the magic bands, and said she would be back. She came back about 30 minutes later with all the magic bands. The adults could not leave before the runner arrived, because their park tickets were linked to their magic bands, so we could not get back into Epcot without them. Once she arrived with everyone's bands, we realized we still didn't get our luggage. The children wanted to go swimming while the adults were at Epcot, so we needed the luggage asap. I called down to bell services and they apologized for the wait and offered $100 credit for our wait. By this point, it was after 7:00 pm. Epcot was closing in a couple hours, and our friends had been waiting for us for hours. We were finally able to leave for Epcot around 7:15 pm. Of all the nights of our stay, that night was the most important night to have a room ready, and it was very unfortunate that it was not.

- Overall Impression: The Beach Club Villas is one of my favorite DVC resorts. It's got the best resort pool on property, a relatively low points chart, and its location is hard to beat. You are just a quick walk away from Epcot and Hollywood Studios, and you have great dining options with Cape May Cafe and Beaches 'N Cream. You also have all the dining options of the neighboring resorts. The villas may not be as large as those at some of the other DVC resorts, but they are comfortable.

- Overall Impression: The only negative comment I have about this stay was housekeeping was knocking on my door each morning (we had two separate reservations) at 9:00 asking if were were out yet. We were awake and moving around, but I did feel like they were rushing me.

Housekeeping was sent in to properly clean our room. I just feel that no guest should arrive for vacation and have their room unclean with people hanging out there when guests checked in at 10 am

- Overall Impression: Wonderful hotel would stay again. On the Epcot side there was major construction work building a new bridge, right outside the villas, I would not have been happy staying there. It’s a close call between this and Boardwalk as our favourite onsite hotel but Boardwalk just pips it for us due to look and feel.

- Overall Impression: The resort feels old and worn, maintenance and housekeeping feel like they’re doing the bare minimum to avoid problems. The dining without leaving the resort to go to a neighboring resort or park is mediocre at best. The pool is great, but Disney certainly seems to feel that Stormalong Bay and location will be enough to overcome the lack of attention they’re giving this resort and that just isn’t the case. I was really looking forward to my stay at Beach Club and honestly I’m in no rush to return which I know will please a large number of DVC Members.

This hotel depends on their location and pool to keep drawing guests in because they're mailing it in pretty much every where else. Glad I tried it but I’ll be going to Boardwalk to Riviera if I want to be in this location in the future.

- Overall Impression: The resort is a favorite of many. We don't have small kids so the fancy pool isn't important to us vs. other pools. Because of that, we didn't find Beach Club Villas to be our favorite resort. The villas are tucked back behind the main hotel so most services are a notable walk from your room. The hotel shows its age a bit and for the location we prefer Boardwalk given the many activities on the Boardwalk and it's equal distance from Epcot and DHS.

- Overall Impression: I enjoyed the Villas. They do need to add some more washers and dryers to the villa area for those of us that in the studios. I am grateful for them being free for us in the villas. Need to make come changes to the room as I stated as well as to the length of time for rooms being ready. Other then that, the room was great.

- Overall Impression: It's a very pricey resort. If you are a person that just uses the room to sleep in this is probably not the resort for you, however, if you like to relax, enjoy the pool and have a few evenings in, this may be your place.
