- Overall Impression: The theme and aesthetic totally fit what I like. I love the time period and one of my favorite shows is Boardwalk Empire so this Resort really calls to me. One of my favorite things to do in the evening is to sit in the Bellevue Lounge after a long hectic day in the parks and just sit in a comfy chair, play a board game they have out and listen to the old radio programs they play on their antique radios. Those are the moments I cherish most while in Disney World. The little things that Disney doesn’t HAVE to do and the things nobody raves about, but the little things that make you smile.

- Overall Impression: We had booked these ahead of time as our kids were supposed to go back to work on Monday the 2nd of Sept. When the hurricane was going by they were ordered to evacuate by the Army. But when heard that they could stay with us at our room at the Boardwalk, they (Army) let them stay in the state. Disney is built to withstand these situations and they were aware of that. Staff made it easy to add them to our room and put us in a 2 queen bed deluxe suite, granddaughter slept in the pull down Murphy bed in tv stand.

- Overall Impression: The real perk here is proximity to DHS and Epcot. Would always choose Beach/Yacht over this, for three reasons: better pool, theming preference (I found the Boardwalk room to be bland and uninspired), and restaurants dedicated to these resorts. I didn’t like “sharing” the resort restaurants on the boardwalk. Would much prefer and simple and less crowded quick service option within the resorts itself. Again, though, walking to DHS and Epcot is a huge plus.

- Overall Impression: This was my first time ever staying in a Deluxe hotel at Disney. This was a combination of getting a great deal and a desire to stay close to Hollywood Studios for Rise of the Resistance. The room looked a little dated (the couch was the main culprit), but surely their turn with the refreshes will come soon. The atmosphere of walking around on the Boardwalk was right up my alley as a NJ native.
The best thing about staying here was the access for the entire WDW resort. I came to do the Rise of the Resistance rope drop, so having the walking path was perfect. The proximity to Epcot freed me up from bringing a bag into the park, since anything I desperately needed was a quick walk back to the room. I was able to go from HS to Epcot and back with two rests back in the room. The bus to MK worked out fine with no issues.
My budget is usually in the value range, but if I can ever get another chance to stay here at a reasonable price I will definitely be back.

- Overall Impression: The room I described was in fact by an exit door and about every 3 minutes you heard it slam. I went to the front desk but they said they had nothing to move me into until my last night and I was only staying 3 nights. But after the 2nd night of door slamming, I took them up on their offer. I was near tears when I called Guest Relation Services and they were extremely cold to me, and then I called back hoping to get somebody warmer and explained what had just happened, and that person was equally cold. I spoke to someone at the Front Desk who was nice but as I got a little teary-eyed at the magic of Disney being gone, he snapped to and found me a beautiful room on the fourth floor with a small balcony facing the courtyard. Those few hours sitting there enjoying the fireworks restored my soul.
