- Overall Impression: This was our first stay at the Boardwalk and we loved it. The Boardwalk really feels like home away form home. The Lobby has become one of my favorites. It's cozy but elegant and feels luxurious. Our one bedroom villa was beautiful and super comfortable. Staff was extremely helpful and nice. We walked to Epcot every night and wow! what a gorgeous and relaxing stroll along the Boardwalk. On our way back we stopped for ice cream every night. I only wish there was a formal quick service location with more food options and seating areas.

- Overall Impression: BW is a beautiful resort in a great location. Awesome value for what you get. However, as a DVC member, I found it way to crowded due to the mixed use between Inn and Villas. It falls into what I call “destination resort” for day trippers who want to enjoy the Boardwalk area. Not very easy to relax and enjoy the downtime due to all the hustle n bustle.

- Overall Impression: The BoardWalk is a lovely place to stay with great dining options, and the convenience of walking to Epcot and Hollywood Studios is hard to beat. The studios are comfortable and have some great views, certainly better than the one we had at the Beach Club in June. With all of these qualities combined with a low points chart, I think that the BoardWalk is a wonderful choice among the DVC resorts.

- Overall Impression: It was a nice spacious room for a studio for 2 people. If it wasn't for all of the problems it would have been a better stay. We were very tired coming in on the 1st night. Instead of being able to go to bed at 9pm to get caught up on our sleep we were up to 1am with calling of all of the problems. The test would we stay again my wife just answered that question a few days again. We are coming down with my son from the 1st marriage who is 30 and my wife and current son and we thought hey lets get 2 studio room rented with points for this trip. My wife answer no we are not the fridge never works.

- Overall Impression: We were pleasantly surprised by how much we enjoyed our studio stay at Boardwalk, having gone into the trip hot on the heals of a fantastic stay at a Beach Club two bedroom. We particularly appreciated the art studio attached to the resort, the easy access to other resorts and parks, and the lively atmosphere of the boardwalk at night.

- Overall Impression: The Boardwalk's major advantage is the easy access to Epcot and Hollywood Studios. The resort grounds and pool are awesome. However, the long hallways and the limited access to elevators (only found in lobby) can be frustrating as you will have to go thru lobby in order to move around the resort.

I have vacationed at Disney every 3 to 5 yrs for the last 25 yrs and always at a deluxe resort. The decline in services at the parks, wait times, etc. Will most likely keep me from returning, a very upsetting thought.

- Overall Impression: Our favorite resorts are Wilderness and Animal Kingdom Lodges. We've also stayed at the Poly and Beach Club (as well as Allstars). We enjoyed Boardwalk more than we thought, mostly because of location and proximity to Epcot, Studios, the Skyliner, and surrounding resorts on the lake, and also because it was a nice, relaxing setting. The location/amenities really helped to make up for missing our favorite lodge resorts. Was very disappointed in counter service options, particularly hot items for breakfast. I recommend this resort for those looking for this location and amenities, although our favorites remain the lodges, mostly due to theme.

- Overall Impression: If Boardwalk contracts didn't expire in 2042, I would be putting down and offer at this moment. Alas, I already have a Beach Club I am closing on and another 2042 contract is a bit silly. Alas, I hope to be gifted with the good luck of finding Boardwalk View 1 bedroom villas in the future! :)
Although I suspect all resorts will eventually do this, if Boardwalk had a murphy bed instead of a pull-out couch, as well as the trundle under the TV set, this resort would be even more of a hit!

Even though we love the easy access to Epcot and the Sky Liner and how close they are it just isn't enough anymore. We loved the restaurants that we were able to try and loved being able to walk on the boardwalk and sit by the water but again it just isn't enough anymore. In the end as a DVC Member, I don't feel that with all of that it is worth the points I have to use to stay there. It is a beautiful resort in an amazing location but again that isn't enough anymore.

- Overall Impression: Other than the location, this resort did not do anything for me. This was my first time staying here, and perhaps that was part of the problem. I am willing to give it another try, maybe when I can spend more time actually at the resort. I generally like to use the balcony at a resort, but would not do that here. There is no privacy at all if you are facing the pool.

- Overall Impression: We actually purchased a Boardwalk contract after staying there this year. We did a split stay at the Riviera and Beach Club in January of 2020 and fell in love with the Boardwalk area. We can't wait to go back to Jellyrolls!

- Overall Impression: This was our first DVC stay (on rental points) and we loved the ambience, the smell, the Boardwalk experience and the location can't be beat. We ended up buying our first DVC contract with Boardwalk as a home resort a couple months after we got back from this trip.

- Overall Impression: Even with Covid setting that aside. There is a lot of maintenance that could have been done. For Disney to not have an ice cream shop in place is to say the least weird. To not have decent food at the pool area weird. Disney has always been above the mark and has paid attention to detail. I just think that they are starting to slip. That is very disappointing.

- Overall Impression: Staff was friendly and welcoming, grounds and common areas clean. More restaurants and lounges need to be available in the Boardwalk area--ESPN was especially missed as was Belle Vue Lounge.

- Overall Impression: Absolutely loved Boardwalk villas. It is my favorite resort, primarily for it's ease of location to both Epcot and Hollywood studios, but also just the general vibe of that area with the large lagoon. It's simply beautiful.
