- Overall Impression: Not a bad place, we normally stay at Saratoga Springs but with 1 family having 5 we have to have 1 child on our plan and here they were all together. Quick service was okay, pool crowded but nice along with pool bar. Stairs got old hauling luggage in but overall theme nice. Bus returns from park were a pain and seemed like the CB stops were the furthest away. Good for a quick trip but will probably go back to Saratoga for future visits since the upgrades will allow 5 in a room.

- Overall Impression: I felt the front desk could’ve been more understanding about the issue me and my mom were experiencing. I felt that there was a break down of communication as well as attempting remedying the situation as well as a second situation that came up which was an error on Disney backend which was quickly addressed. I am glad I had a travel agent that help remedy the situation since it put a damper on the first day to get to the resort. Overall the cast members who I interacted with the most were very professional as well as helped me and my mom when it came to shipping items home.

- Overall Impression: We had a terrific stay. Our room was in Martinique so was extremely convenient to Port Royale, the bus stops and the pool. We also could see the fireworks from Epcot Forever from our balcony! The weather could have been warmer but it certainly did not slow us down! I’m ready to go back!

- Overall Impression: Last visit was about 2 years ago, I did not recognize some parks, do to construction Epcot is a big disappointment, only got to go on test track and it was broke, too long standing it line there, but got to ride it, also MK and HS were very crowded and way to many people, I thought Disney limited attendance, this was maddening to the point I was thinking this is my last Disney trip and I have been there many many times. Cast members at all levels were absolutely the best, glad to see the photographers back. Also, leaving the magic kingdom, one choice is "monorail to resorts", why does it stop at ttc, you should have to show a resort wrist band to ride , so much abuse here

- Overall Impression: The resort is one of the prettiest I've stayed at on Disney property. The pools and recreation make this a wonderful choice and the Skyliner certainly adds to the likability. However, the bus system was rough. I think it's saying something when I feel "spoiled" by Pop Century's one stop and GO!
Overall, I would definitely recommend this resort to families wanting to experience a new resort and especially those with smaller kiddos. The pools really make it a great place to stay.

One thing to note, the hotel is large and sprawling, so depending on how much you like to walk, it might be worth the extra money for a preferred room near the lobby.

My only issue was with how the food options were placed in the resort but for some folks i'm sure that doesn't matter so that's a small personal preference. Location was good for getting to Epcot and Hollywood studios. as far as value, if you can get this resort in a standard room for around $220-240 USD per night its definitely good value

- Overall Impression: We had a great stay at CBR. We enjoyed it so much that we cancelled our 2020 reservation for Wilderness Lodge, and booked here again. We thought that the convenience of CBR and the amenities it offered for the money outweighed staying at a Deluxe. We've just found that we can't justify the Deluxe prices anymore.

- Overall Impression: Caribbean beach was beautiful. The grounds were gorgeous and so was the lobby. The food at the resort was also incredible. It wasn’t over crowded either. The only downside for me was the old air conditioner that made weird noises throughout the night. It was kind of a big deal since the most important part of the resort for us is having a comfortable and quiet place to sleep (usually in the park from open to close).

- Overall Impression: Overall the resort was great! My wife and I stayed in Port Orleans a few years ago...and we had a significantly more enjoyable time here due to the combination of the Skyliner, Banana Cabana, and Sebastian's!
Cast was phenomenal...the hotel area was beautiful. We lucked out with a good location in Martinique...but I could see this being less enjoyable depending on how far my hotel was from the main lobby.

We were placed about 15/20 minutes walk away from the restaurants which took far too long to travel to each time you wanted something. The bus system also isn’t great as it can almost double your travel time to the parks if buses are busy.

- Overall Impression: Ideally located on Skyliner line makes this great as it gives quick access to two parks plus many other resorts. It’s a game changer. Overall the resort is nice but really spread out so beware that you could have long walks. Overall theming is nice and refurbishment looks good. Bus service is the wild card and problem is basically an issue to magic kingdom. Skyliner takes you to HS and Epcot faster than bus and AK is ok also.

- Overall Impression: The overall main lobby area is really cool and smelled great! The Cast Members in the food and shopping area were the only ones we interacted with, and they all exceeded our expectations and left us with great memories! Unfortunately housekeeping leaving our room with a bare bed really ruined the whole feeling for us. If you like pirates, the pirate rooms look cool with many details - but feel so small and uncomfortable.

- Overall Impression: Caribbean Beach used to be one of our favorites. I don't know what happened, but it has lost some of its pizzazz. We enjoyed the skyway, but the food court is disappointing. Lobby has lost its appeal. I know there were problems with COVID, but you don't charge the same if the service is seriously lacking.

- Overall Impression: Terrible customer service where everyone asks you to download the app instead of doing their job. One day, the app will fully takeover and they will have no jobs. This is not what I expected for me and my son at all. Workers gave bad recommendations for everything or had no clue where stuff was. Parks are magical but everything else is just God awful!
