- Overall Impression: Contrary to some recent negative reviews, our room was in great shape and the club level service and food was fantastic. Cast members were helpful and accommodating and there were no flaws with the stay. The food at Citricos was excellent and the service was wonderful.

It’s not like these rooms are huge or luxuriously appointed, so you would at least expect the service here to be above and beyond. The front desk does not know what they’re doing.

- Overall Impression: Grand Floridian is a great resort. A few small items could be better. WDW in general is much more crowded than previous December visits. Improvement to Fast pass process needed. 60 minute wait times for Peter Pan and Small World are excessive. Need better WiFi in all parks. Have many cell phone dead zones. With increased reliance on phones for group communication and WiFi for wait time and "boarding groups" this is a must. Be sure to bring a cell phone charge pack for all members of your party.

- Overall Impression: The Floridian is one of the best hotels we ever have visited, second only to the Hotel Del at San Diego. We will visit the Floridian again, when and if we can afford it. Meanwhile, our go-to place in Disney World is the Hilton Buena Vista Palace, particularly the Island Suites.

It was a dream of mine to stay at the Grand Floridian, but except for being on the monorail line, I liked the room at the Coronado Springs better. We will go back to the condo we have been staying at because the pros of staying there are greater for my family than staying on property.

- Overall Impression: Underwhelmed. For a flagship resort that charges a hefty premium, i was not impressed overall. For MK area resorts I would prefer BLT, Poly, or Wilderness/Copper Creek over this any day. We were celebrating my birthday at copper creek and we got a huge gift in the room. We were celebrating my hubby’s birthday in December at the grand and there was nothing. I know it’s not to be expected, but wilderness lodge just does it right.

For me it is relaxed elegance and has a special place in my heart but it has slipped over the last couple of years. It is not worth the rack rate price. I had a significant discount so I think for the location, ambience and restaurants it is worth it but the rooms and service are lacking

- Overall Impression: This was our first time staying club level at the Grand, and our third time at the Grand overall. The food and service we experience were fantastic, especially at Victoria and Albert’s, where we celebrated our 16th wedding anniversary. We did only stay one night, but we had a wonderful time from beginning to end, and while we’re not sure that we would splurge to do a multi night stay here with our kids at their young age, We would definitely stay here again in the future.

- Overall Impression: Love Love Love the resort itself. Beautiful, relaxing, great amenities, but the staff needs some work. Honeslty my wife and i were thinking about it (by no means is this an acceptable excuse for the staff) and i wonder if some of the staff are rude because of the type of ppl they have to deal with on a daily basis. It is hard to say this. We are a family of pretty good means. We can afford the Grand, but the type of ppl that can afford this place can come off snooty. I am the type of person that doesnt complain about things i just deal with it, but can see how alot of ppl would complain about every little thing all the time and i can see how the staff could get sick of that. Regardless that is the hospitality industry. I wonder if staff get tired of dealing with wealthy and whinny ppl?

- Overall Impression: The person I charge of housekeeping did his best to make up for the first room, but really, I would not recommend this to anyone, at least until the rooms have a complete overhaul. I’ve stayed at the GF since it’s opening and I have wonderful memories associated with it. I wanted to love it, but came away disappointed and feeling like I was paying only for the name.

- Overall Impression: Stayed club level for four nights. Contrary to some of the things we had heard about GF coming in, the staff and facilities were top-notch, and the food and service left us with no complaints. We spent a lot of time in the room during our stay, but even if we left for only a couple hours of the day, our room was perfectly made-up or turned-down within that time. Very impressed in that regard. Club level food was among the best we've had, though service was not as comprehensive as the concierge at the boardwalk.

- Overall Impression: The Grand Floridian is gorgeous, but the rooms themselves need a refresh. The jazz band and piano player in the lobby were magical. My main complaint about the Grand Floridian is transportation. The monorail is full by the time it reaches the Grand Floridian, and the wait for the Monorail at the end of a night in MK is a nightmare. Until the walkway is open, I will not stay here again.

- Overall Impression: Grand Floridian will always be one of our favorites. We recommend that anyone who even remotely likes Disney, stays there at least once in their life. We love the historical charm and elegance. Yet, we also feel comfortable in our park attire and bathing suits. - Overall Impression: It really was not the luxury deluxe style resort I expected. Decor is dated, needs a refurb asap. Until then, Disney should not have this as one of THE highest priced resorts (#sorrynotsorry). Once updated, I bet it will be great again. Nice hotel, but I felt like we only paid to have a hotel in a great location. The new moderate / value resort refurbs have a fresher feel. This one you're paying for location, not necessarily luxury.

- Overall Impression: Lovely property and looked very well maintained. Breakfast at QS while somewhat limited in options was tasty and with fewer people around we never waited long and always found outdoor seating. Very convenient location and was a lovely place to spend the weekend. We arrived late and opted to skip the front desk going straight to our room and not being familiar with the resort didn’t really know where we were headed but outdoor maps were helpful in finding our building. We are Disney veterans so that didn’t bother us. Had it been our first trip not having the usual Disney welcome at the door and front desk would have been a disappointment but that is likely just due to the pandemic environment and would be the case at all the resorts. The Poly and Yacht are our favorite resorts but we’re not available so we chose the Grand and I was not disappointed!
