- Overall Impression: YES!! Overall we loved it. And addonitis was a definite thing! We left checking to see if we could pick up a resale contract here to have booking priority!! It was beautiful and so convenient to MK and Epcot, our two favorite parks. We'll be back for sure.

- Overall Impression: We love The Polynesian! We've stayed there multiple times and will continue to stay there. It's a great family/kid friendly resort and we love how close it is to the Magic Kingdom and all the transportation options available. All the dining options are fantastic as there is something for everyone at each restaurant and we've always had great service (even at 'Ohana where I know some have had issues). The Lava Pool and slide is a favorite of my 5 year old son and my husband loves Trader Sams. I love that we can sit on the beach and watch the sunset and the MK fireworks. It's just my family's favorite Walt Disney World resort!

- Overall Impression: We love the Poly but we are a family of 6 so, for now, this resort will be a couples-only destination for us. We are DVC members but don't think we would add points here because of that reason. The studios are too small and the bungalows are too many points. There was only one thing that I was a little put off by during our stay. The Honeymoon Suite is in the Tonga building and has a connecting door to the King Kamehameha Suite. That door is quite thin. There was a family in the KK suite for one night and we could hear everything. Overall though we love the Poly atmosphere and service. We definitely will be back!

- Overall Impression: The Polynesian was awesome. Walking into the lobby and getting leis really gets you into vacation mode. The resort theme is fun. The resort staff was very friendly/helpful and transportation options are fantastic. Food and beverages were a major plus!

- Overall Impression: Had a really great experience with guest services. Since I was sick I called and asked if they could bring some medicine up to the room which they did and left it hanging on the door, so no one would get contaminated. The only negative was in the gift shop there seem to be inconsistency in discounts for DVC and / or , it seem to depend on who was working at the time. They need to get the policy known to all the employees.

- Overall Impression: This is my favorite resort. I have stayed here multiple times over the years, so I consider it our home resort. The theming is spot on for what I love. Although, I know some people have had issues with Ohana, I have never had those issues. I wonder if the experience may differ if you're staying there versus not. Trader Sam's is a lot of fun for a short period of time. I'm not sure I would want to hang out there for more than an hour. The pool is my favorite on property. The CM's are always wonderful and friendly and are always willing to talk. They seem to take great pride in working there, which really shows through. There is just so much to do at this resort that we always plan two resort days when we are here, because it is one of the best places to have a staycation. If you want a treat, with a classic Disney experience, there is no better place than Poly.

- Overall Impression: Overall, I loved how close I was to the Magic Kingdom and staying on the Monorail loop. Aside from this, I was a bit disappointed with the Polynesian. The walls between rooms were incredibly thin, leading to many nights of restless sleep due to hearing every action of the family next to us. Additionally, it was not the friendliest in regards to traveling with my grandmother, who was unable to walk and was utilizing a wheel chair. The elevators made it a hassle to get to our room and maneuver her onto it and fit properly. Additionally, hallways and common areas felt a bit dated, despite the rooms feeling very modern. The rooms were clean and decorated nicely, and I had a beautiful view of the Monorail outside, despite being a standard room. Overall, if someone were paying for my trip and wanted to stay at the Polynesian, I would stay here again, but I will not be personally paying to stay here after this trip.

6. Food was awful/screwed up takeout at Kona. GF asked employee after approximately 30-35 mins and employee said they just got the order. (Lie) It was a mobile order and I checked cook food. Manager suddenly had order and made it quickly, another hoop for over $100.00s worth of food.
7. Temperature set at 68, had to call for electrician to change temp to 65 only for 3 days.
8. Can’t cancel reservations online, have to jump through hoops. Left on hold for hours. (Pathetic)
9. Paid for Disney Genie and it’s another scam to spend money, and not work at the park. “Connection Issue” 6 hours on chat through the app, while inside Hollywood Studios.

10. Room cleaned, cookies left, park tickets and phone call, beds maid , after complaint. I didn’t want anything, it should have done originally for what we paid. The hotel is nice and convenient, but way overpriced and should not be considered luxury.
11. Order food (mobile order) from Captain Cooks. Very minor, but just another issue- son ordered wings plain, they came with hot sauce. Get back to room, and GF had to walk back to restaurant for error. (Not a short walk, and more time wasted) Then the employee mentioned the ticket said, then checked it, and said oops sorry. 11.99 for 6 chicken wings and screwed up. Unacceptable.
12. Trash bags left folded on edge of trash bin. I came on vacation and paid 420.00 a night, and still have to put my own trash bags in the bin. Ridiculous. You even get to take your own trash out, in between days.
13. Paid for parking at a hotel we are staying at. (25.00 a day) what a scam.
14. Magic Band didn’t work after everyone left room, and we all checked in, another 10-15 mins wasted on vacation.
15. Housekeeping knocks on door at 0953 when checkout is 1100. To clean the room.
16. Can’t adjust any balances after 11:00AM, so now have to call number and wait on hold(For Hours). Never told. Another Setup!

3. Don’t clean the room, only towels.
4. Not a hello when walked in, first statement was “Sir you need a mask.”
5. No Bellhop/Carry own luggage
6. Food was awful/screwed up takeout at Kona. GF asked employee after approximately 30-35 mins and employee said they just got the order. (Lie) It was a mobile order and I checked cook food. Manager suddenly had order and made it quickly, another hoop for over $100.00s worth of food.
7. Temperature set at 68, had to call for electrician to change temp to 65 only for 3 days.
8. Can’t cancel reservations online, have to jump through hoops. Left on hold for hours. (Pathetic)
9. Paid for Disney Genie and it’s another scam to spend money, and not work at the park. “Connection Issue” 6 hours on chat through the app, while inside Hollywood Studios.

- Overall Impression: This was our 8th stay at The Poly. The “Moana” themed room was stunning and much more functional. We love all the dining options and the beautiful manicured grounds. Our greatest delight is eating Dole Whip on the beach watching the Fireworks and Electrical Water Pageant. Best of all, kudos to the fantastic Cast Members who truly make the “Aloha Spirit “ come to life!!!!
