Sometimes, life gets in the way and you might need to forego your big family vacation for a year or two. Things like a job change, the birth of a child, or countless other events can prevent you from being able to use your vacation points. You can choose to bank that year’s allotment of vacation points as long as you are certain that you’ll be able to use double the points the following year. You also must do it before the last four months of your use year. For example, my use year is April 1st and I need to bank by November 30; timing is everything.
