Lost and Found:

If you lose an item at any Walt Disney World theme park, Disney Springs, Transportation (including busses, monorails and watercraft), ESPN Wide World of Sports Complex or Disney Water Park. The Walt Disney World Resort uses Chargerback to help track lost and found items. Guests should fill out an online lost item report, available here.

Once you've filled out the online form, you will receive an email with a claim number for your lost item.

If you've lost an item at a Walt Disney World Resort hotel, contact the specific resort Lobby Concierge for assistance.

Highly valuable items (such as wallets, purses, credit cards, prescription glasses, and cameras) will be held for 90 days.

Items of lesser value (such as sunglasses, hats, toys and clothes) are held for 30 days.

If you have already submitted an online claim for a lost item and you have a question, you can contact Lost and Found at (407) 824-4245. Guests under 18 years of age must have parent or guardian permission to call.
