Disney Cruise Line Stateroom Number 10004

Notes: All in all a great stateroom. Knocked it down to a 4 because the room did not cool as much as we'd have liked it to, which we did report to our stateroom host & maintenance was sent to fix it, but we didn't notice much of a change. + The in-room safe was nothing but trouble for us. It worked fine for like a day, then every time when trying to lock it back up, we'd get an Error-2 message over and over and over again. And at the most inopportune times as well...like when walking out to get to the show or dinner @ Palo, desserts @ Remy, getting off to go into port, etc. At those times we did not have time to call & wait for someone to come fix it at that moment, so we'd have to keep trying until it would lock. We did have maintenance come twice to fix it, and it worked a couple of times after they worked on it, but then went right back to giving us the same error message. The room location was in a quiet area which was great. No real noise from the other staterooms on either side of us and no across the hall staterooms which was nice. Easy access to forward locations such as the adult pool areas, spa/gym, theaters and shops. Quite a hike to the aft adult areas and Animator's, but we didn't mind. When in port in Cozumel and Castaway Cay, did not have the best views, but when in Jamaica, we could see the port, which was nice. Sat out on our verandah and watched a Royal Caribbean ship sail away that night. All in all, a great room and we'd sail in it again for sure.
