Disney Cruise Line Stateroom Number 10006

Notes: The room was excellent. No noise, it was far enough from the elevators to not get a lot of traffic. Only real traffic we had were bridge officers. No noise from above. Very convenient to pool deck and Marceline Market. Would definitely book this stateroom again. Only negative I can think of is the overhang, above the verandah, but it did not bother us as it provided shade. We didn't really see that it obstructed the view. No view of Castaway as it is on the port side.

Notes: FABULOUS room. Quiet hallway with very little foot traffic. No one across the hall - only 3 rooms after you. Deck above sticks out a little further offering a little more protection from sun/rain. You can wake up in the AM and wave to the officers on duty! Christian was our cabin steward -- he was fabulous! Would highly recommend this room/location. Would stay here again in a heartbeat. Not far from forward elevators, easy 1 flight up to pool deck. Plenty of room: QB, folding couch, fold down from above bed. Storage galore! Carpet by the entry door was damp from unknown source -- suspect A/C?? But Christian was diligent about cleaning it up.

Notes: Love, love, loved this room! Great location on the ship. Extremely quiet, under the concierge rooms. We didn't hear any sounds from above. I can see why some may not like the verandah, there is quite an overhang from above which blocks the big picture view but we found it to be a benefit. The overhang protected us from all the weather and provided constant protection from the sun! There are only three rooms more forward on the ship so very minimal chances for smoke from other passengers to be smelled by you (the bridge is the remainder of the forward space on this deck, so you are still close to the stairs and elevators). We still very much enjoyed our view! Couldn't say enough about how amazing this room was and how quiet it was as well. It also had an interconnecting door to another sate room if that was important for you.

Notes: Loved this room! It was very quiet with very little foot traffic. There was an overhang which added shade and rain protection to the balcony but did not impede the view. Connects with room 10004. I would stay in this room every time!

Notes: Very quiet room almost at the very front of the ship. Very convenient to pool deck as it was just one deck below it. However, you don't have the noise of most deck 10 cabins since it is below the concierge suites. Not much traffic, just the occasional officer since it was near the officers cabins and the bridge. The concierge suites above stick out, so this creates an overhang over the verandah. It was a nice protection from sun and rain. Hard to get a good horizon picture though because of the overhang. Overall, a great room! We would book it again.
