Disney Cruise Line Stateroom Number 10558

Notes: Excellent room and well cared for. One door down from entry to the midship stairwell and elevators. Some have reported noise being excessive from stairwell and deck 11 from pool deck, but besides some noise from chairs being dragged around from time to time and kids jumping down the stairs sometimes, we found the noise level fine. It never bothered us. We did take a white noise machine for nights just in case and we all slept very well.Very convenient to deck 11 pools, food, ice cream, beverage station, adult areas and spa. Lots of storage space. Great view of Castaway Cay beaches and Atlantis in Bahamas. Has adjoining room to 10556 which I've reviewed here as well.

Notes: This was our 11th cruise and by far the worst stateroom. It was very noisy. It is right under the food area and all day and late into the night you can hear noise from above. The foot traffic by the room was constant. Kids running down the hall.In all our cruises we have never had this much noise. This cabin sleeps 3, with the couch folding down to a bed. No upper bunk. Also on the 10th deck there is a machine that is manned ( think window washers on tall buildings) that goes the length of the ship to wash the ship. So all day on port days the machine was going past our cabin with men sitting on it, we had to keep our curtains closed and could not sit on our veranda. Our veranda was soaking wet all day long on port days:((. This is also a connecting cabin but we could not hear our neighbors. It has a door in the cabin to connect to a cabin on one side and the balcony connects to the cabin on the other side. One good point it was very convenient to go up one flight of stairs and grab some food or an ice cream. We were upgraded?? to this cabin from booking a GTY. I would not recommend it.

Notes: We were upgraded to this room and absolutely loved it!!! It was quiet and in a good location. I would definately stay in this room again. Very roomy and loved the verandah.

Notes: We were upgraded from a Guarantee Ocean view to this cabin. Yes it was noisy at times but we loved the midship location and we loved our verandah. Very convient to the elevators and stairs to go up to deck 11 for food or drinks. Had a decent view of St. Martin and GREAT views of St. Thomas and Castaway Cay The noise above us was chairs being drug back into place on deck 11 and the occasional running of excited cruisers but when It was time to sleep we crashed hard after 11 PM and never heard a thing. I would stay in this cabin again no problem! Especially if they want to upgrade us:)

Notes: NOISY!!! Good port views at CC, but if you don't like noise ALL DAY AND ALL NIGHT, this room is not for you. Good location for accessing pool, Cabanas, drink station, etc. but probably not the best location for light sleepers.
