Ship: Disney Fantasy | Stateroom: 10570 | Condition: 5 |
Deck: 10 | Category: 4A | Location: Mid |
Sail Date: 02/08/19 | ||
Notes: We had heard this room was noisy before our trip however we did not find that to be the case. The room was nice and quiet except for Star Wars at Sea night was a little loud until about 11pm. We have young kids and we were able to put them to bed by 10:30 every night with out issue.
The views in port in Puerto Rico were amazing because you were not staring at the other ships in Port. Castaway Cay gave a nice view of the island as well.
Overall we would give this room a 5 due to the hostess and the accessibility to the Mid-Ship elevators and stairs. I mean we got to walk up 1 flight of stairs and out the door was the ice cream. What more could you ask for. |

Notes: This room sleeps five, with a sofa bed, upper bunk, and murphy bed. The location was FANTASTIC! Very close to the midship elevators and stairs, across the hall from a laundry room, and just one level down from the pool deck, drink station, and buffet/quick service food locations - very convienient! There was noticeable noise from the upper deck, with chairs scraping across the floor, which started early in the morning and ended late at night. It didn't bother us, but those who are more sensitive to noise may find it problematic. The verandah has an overhang from deck 11 above it, which can block some of your view if you're trying to look upward at the sky while sitting down, or from inside the room. But, it also made the verandah nice and shady, which we liked, and the view out over the water wasn't affected at all. We would definitely book this room again. |

Notes: We had this room on our recent B2B in December. We loved the location, especially the laundry room being accross the hall. We heard very little noise from deck 11. No worries staying in this room for anyone thinking about it. |

Notes: Pros-Excellent location. Mid ship near elevator. It was easy to just go up one flight of stairs instead of waiting for an elevator to get to the pool and Cabanas for food. Room was spacious. Had 3 people but room for 5 (although I think 5 would really be tight). Cons- If you are a light sleeper, do not get this room. Very noisy from deck 11. You are right under Flo's cafe and the noise from chairs scraping across the floor is loud. My son and I had no problem, however my husband could not sleep. Overall we were very happy with this room. Notes: We thoroughly enjoyed our stateroom.It provided plenty of space for us even with two teenaged girls. It did come equipped with the queen bed, single pull out sofa, upper pull down berth, as well as the murphy bed. Plenty of storage space, esp under the bed storage for luggage. Split bath was ideal.Location was convenient as well. Across the hall from laundry, very near to the stairs and elevators, and directly below the quick service restauraunts,pool decks, etc.Verandah was spacious, and the deck 11 overhang provided shelter from rain, heat and sun.Deck 11 noise could be heard but was not bothersome to us. Would definitely rebook this stateroom on a future sailing. |
