Disney Cruise Line Stateroom Number 11008

Notes: Great room! Very convenient to the Senses Spa and one deck down from the Concierge lounge. Quiet, spacious but the closet layout was poor. The main bedroom has drawers under the bed but no hanging space. There are 3 closets in the main hallway, one of which is a walking closet with a full length mirror. The other 2 are shallow closets that allow clothes to be hung facing you rather than in a standard fashion. There are no drawers in these closets. The second bathroom in the hallway is fairly well sized but poorly designed in terms of vanity space. There isn't even a hook to hang a toiletry bag. The only space is in the vanity cabinet and this is tiny. The balcony was huge and had a lounger as well as two chairs and a small table. No noise issues on this cruise. Loved the room but the storage is surprisingly lacking.

Notes: Great stateroom, good location, one flight up to the lounge. Mostly quiet except for the veranda. Because of the plexiglass overhang and bump out in the next stateroom you can hear conversations clearly.

Notes: Very quiet room, huge balcony, very convenient to lounge and pool. Plenty of room for 2 adults and 4 children. Concierge staff was excellent.

Notes: Room was great. No problems there. The only issue I had was that the suite just to our right - Suite #11006. They have a much larger balcony that when the people stand at the railing, can turn left and look into our suite. The other issue with the balconies on deck 11 is the glass roofing. If someone else is on any other deck left or right - you can hear them talk with a loud echo. We are doing another cruise on the Fantasy - also a 1 bedroom suite - and specifically asked for a 12th floor room. The last issue - one again not related to the room - is the massive number of people walking just outside the deck 11 rooms. Can't hear them, but if you wanted to wander up to Concierge in your bathrobe - or to the Spa, expect lots of people in that short distance.
