Notes: Fantastic room! Everything was in good repair and very clean. Proximity to the Concierge Lounge could not be beat. Won't repeat, but look at tomjude's review for an excellent run down. Would absolutely book this room again!

Notes: Very spacious room on concierge level right across from entrance to concierge lounge.there was no noise from the hallway or the lounge. The entry to the lounge was not bothersome at all. In fact, this room location was quite convenient for lounge access. concierge guests have access to a large lounge outfitted with a buffet style food area including small snack type items for breakfast, lunch, and at the dinner or cocktail hour. There are also snacks well into the evening. Well tended bar during happy hour with receptive bar staff. There is a lovely cappuccino and specialty coffee machine running 24 7. also in the lounge are multiple tables and chairs for comfortable seating for a morning coffee or just a quiet place to sit. There are also board games and DVDs too. Just ask and u can have anything u need/want. Access to the lounge is from the starboard and port side. Cabin 12014 is spacious. There is a typical long narrow entry. off of the entry to the left is a spacious bath with stand up shower, both typical head and rain shower head. small sink. Minimal under sink storage. Built in shelves and robe hooks on the walls. clothesline in the main bath and in the shower. In the entryway are also 3 good sized closets, two on the left, one on the right. The second on the left as you enter has an automatic light, full length mirror on the wall, shoe shelves, a small built in dresser with 3 drawers that are reasonably deep. There is also a safe as well as a top to the dresser for storage. Past the entryway, is a sliding door on the right which enters the master suite. Queen size bed with plenty of storage underneath for large suitcases. Small relatively non-functional desk along the right wall. This is equipped with small cabinets for clothing storage. Each side of the bed has a small night table with a drawer for good storage. Flat screen TV on the wall. DVD player as well. The floor plan is open and there are two additional sliding doors that open the master bedroom into the remaining portions of the suite. these doors are left open during the day for openness of the suite. continuing with the master suite, off of the Master is the master bath which includes a large Jacuzzi tub which is a must try just for the unusual lighting alone. there is a stand up shower with traditional and rain shower heads. the lavatory is in a separate water closet. two sinks on the vanity with a large vanity mirror and television in the mirror itself. Large amount of storage below both sinks as well as cubbies on one side below the sinks in the vanity. plenty of towel bars and robe hooks. Limited counter space. In the main living space, there is seating for 4 table and chairs, well lit. Plenty of room for room service. the seating area is equipped with a sofa bed made up for the evening and perfectly comfortable for one and possibly two smaller kids. flat screen TV atop a storage unit that has a refrigerator as well as plenty of closed storage space with shelves and cubbies for clothing and personal items. Large surface area on the storage unit. In addition, there are two chairs in the living space so that there is comfortable seating for 4 during day. there is an area with a small reasonably functional desk and in the wall is a twin Murphy bed that is pulled down for sleep. The mattress is quite hard. interestingly, inside of the Murphy bed frame is individual lighting as well as multiple shelves in which things can be stored. They are kept out of sight when the Murphy bed is closed during the day however and the area is not easily accessed. Perfect place to tuck away the kids pjs, teddies and special pillows etc. there is a curtain separating the living area from the area where the Murphy bed is to provide privacy should this be needed. We generally closed this at night to separate our tweens. there is a comfortable covered balcony with four chairs, two of which recline partially, & a small table. Plenty of room to relax and the the balcony is glassed in for a better viewing. it should also be noted that this room is equipped with a hair dryer, standard telephone, clock radio, Disney wave phones, and plenty of outlets to plug in chargers, etc. There is plenty of storage space if you are creative. overall, excellent room and I would definitely choose again. The difference in balcony size between the standard concierge room and the rooms with the"bump" should not factor at all in your decision to select this room. In addition, I would not bother with worrying about the fireworks viewing from your balcony. The concierge level has direct access from the concierge lounge to a private sundeck. From the Sun Deck, you can access the remaining upper decks for excellent viewing. the doors are not magnetic so if you wish to decorate your door, remember to bring along a roll of masking tape to add your personal touch. It worked well for us and did not leave a residue on the burled wood door.

Notes: Wonderful room! Beautiful and comfortable. We worried that nearness of concierge lounge was going to be noisy or disruptive -- it was neither. We loved the overall location! Convenient to the Lounge, spa, and pool deck. Whirlpool tub was awesome. Bed was super-comfortable. Plenty of storage.

Notes: Beautiful Room! Quiet except for some noise from above, sounded like children running. Very convenient access to the concierge lounge. Enjoyed the verandah, but they are not private! You can overhear your neighbors if they are outside at the same time. Great Room! :D
