Notes: We had no issues with this room. It didn't creak, it was fairly quiet. Occasionaly we heard noise from the Vibe, but not bad. It has a single steamer trunk. Very convient to the mid-ship elevators. We were almost directly below Guest Services, but I didn't notice any noise from that. Great room! |

Notes: Our cabin was perfect! Great location! Close to elevators and laundry room. There were 3 of us (2 adults, 1 child) and we had plenty of room. Much larger than Carnival Cruise cabins. |

Notes: The stateroom itself is quite nice, with a big, unobstructed window. Plenty of room for DS4, DH and me. I also like the split bathroom. Unfortunately, since the conference rooms were converted to Ocean Quest, it's now in a very noisy location, especially when Ocean Quest closes late at night! The staff told me several that they remind the kids to be quiet and not to congregate near the stairs, but the kids were still loud enough to wake my son every night. Also, the kids who didn't congregate in the staircase seemed to head one deck up to play in the public areas near Guest Services, apparently jumping from the chairs to the floor (it sounded like elephants overhead every night at midnight). I mentioned the noise problem to Guest Services, and they admitted to me that they didn't consider the noise factor when they converted the conference rooms in a hotel area of the ship. Lucky us, we were upgraded from a likely quiet category 12 stateroom in the bowels of the ship to a noisy one in category 9.
On the other hand, if you've got kids who will be spending a lot of time at Ocean Quest, you can't get a much more conveniently-located room! |

Notes: Overall, room was in great condition. The only "small" problem we experienced was with the sound of continuous running water. It could be heard when lying in bed & also when in bathroom. Asked room steward about it and he showed us that a water/plumbing closet was adjacent to the wall. Not major noise, but noticable. Also had toilet back up into room one night. Came back to room to find housekeeping wet vac'ing the room. They apologized profusely. Don't know if it was something we did (we'd been gone for several hours) or the result of being so close to the water closet. Otherwise, great room. Great location, easy to get to everything. |

Notes: I was pleasantly surprised at the size of the room. There were 3 of us. My DD loved the couch bed, and our bed was so comfortable. The room was very quiet, and we felt very little movement, if any!! Very close to the mid-ship elevators, too. |

Notes: This was our first cruise so I don't have others to compare it to - but we loved this room. I thought it was a great location. Close to elevators, close to the laundry room, but not so close you have everyone congregated outside your room. I loved the gentle motion we felt at night to rock us to sleep - VERY gentle. I am prone to seasickness and I felt none in this room. It was also very quiet. |
