Notes: We loved this room and would gladly book it again if staying in this category. This was the first time we stayed in an ocean view room. Before this, we've stayed in concierge verandah rooms. This trip was together with our extended family, so we booked 3 ocean view rooms.
As i said, we loved it. While i did miss having a verandah, i really enjoyed the big porthole view out. And with our 5 year old grandson staying with us, i felt safer without a verandah.
And he enjoyed being able to pull the curtain in the middle of the room to make his own "private" room.
The location of this stateroom is fantastic. You just run up the stairs and you're at the restaurants. And the elevator is right there for when you want to get to the pool or cabanas. Really as convenient as can be. And with the laundry room just a few doors down, what more can you ask.
There is ample storage, including a chest of drawers where the steamer trunk used to be.
If i ever book a porthole room again, it will definitely be this one!! |

Notes: Spent 11 days on a Baltic cruise with 2 adults and 2 university-aged children. Room is on the smaller size for Disney cabins, but as my family gets along quite well, that was not a concern. Split bathroom fantastic. Plenty of storage space. Very clean and well kept. Location very convenient to the aft stairs and restaurants. It is a bit of a trek to the upper decks, but we didn't mind as we're all walkers and had to burn off Disney-calories. Very convenient to laundry. A fair amount of hall traffic, but noise level was low. The room is over one of the sea doors the harbour pilots use when boarding the ship; the first time a harbour boat scrapped below the cabin caused great consternation! After that, we just chalked it up to fore-notice we were getting close to our next destination. For the cost savings, we would happily stay in this room again. |

Notes: We LOVED the room.. the location was perfect; really close to two dining rooms and a short walk to the third. A quick elevator trip to deck 9 has you right at the drink or ice cream stations and the Beach Blanket Buffet, which was great. We noticed very little noise, even when they were preparing tenders directly under our window (which was actually awesome as we were able to keep an eye on how crowded they were, and getting down there was a snap). The views out of our window in Cabo were gorgeous, as we were mostly facing Los Arcos. The room has a single steamer trunk, and our family of four had more than adequate storage. We will definitely be requesting this room the next time we sail! |

Notes: This room is awesome! We've stayed in it twice now and wanted it for the next cruise but it was already taken! It is in an excellent location, Aft, close to the elevators but not directly across from them. Just up one level to Parrot Cay, and up 2 levels to Animator's Palate which was perfect when we were running late for dinner. It has a steamer trunk. You can see Castaway Cay on the morning you dock there. Disembark right below so that was easy too! Very little motion. Can hear noise only when docking in a port. Love this roo! |

Notes: Loved our stateroom, had planned on 2614, but was assigned this one!!!
The morning we docked ar CC we could see the people disembarking and the giant x_mas tree with the characters were there for photo ops with guests. Ample space.... |
