Ship: Disney Magic | Stateroom: 2128 | Condition: 5 |
Deck: 2 | Category: 9C | Location: Aft |
Sail Date: 07/14/14 | ||
Notes: Since the re-imagination of the Magic, there is no carpeting in the entryway into Carioca's which is directly overhead, making this room very loud with foot traffic (and kids running) during the dinner hours. I'd avoid it in the future for this reason. |
Ship: Disney Magic | Stateroom: 2128 | Condition: 3 |
Deck: 2 | Category: 9C | Location: Aft |
Sail Date: 08/31/13 | ||
Notes: The stateroom was ideally located near aft elevators but not right next to them. The laundry is also not far, about twice the distance to the elevators. That makes this room very convenient. However, as noted, there is noticeable noise from the deck above when something heavy is wheeled above or heavy chairs moved, and there is enough loading type noises. This would bother only the most sensitive sleepers, though. Think of the loading noises you hear while waiting in a plane before takeoff, and then again the sound of the wheels lowering and raising. These are the kinds of noises you will hear. The view was absolutely brilliant on this side of the ship for the Med cruises. |
Ship: Disney Wonder | Stateroom: 2128 | Condition: 3 |
Deck: 2 | Category: 9 | Location: Aft |
Sail Date: 05/08/08 | ||
Notes: The location can't be beat- close to restaurants and drink station, and the room itself was in great condition, with a steamer trunk. But, there were some very loud banging noises and vibration during docking. It appears that there is some sort of service door directly under the room. During the afternoon in Nassau, they were unloading trash right outside the window, and it was loud- not a big deal at that time of day, but we did notice it because we had a 2 year old who was trying to nap. |
Ship: Disney Magic | Stateroom: 2128 | Condition: 5 |
Deck: 2 | Category: 9 | Location: Aft |
Sail Date: 08/21/04 | ||
Notes: Near the Aft Elevators and stairs, great location for drink station, restaurants and Deck 1 when leaving at ports. Also, when at Castaway Cay we could watch all the activity of CMs getting the island ready. There was some engine noise but not terribly loud. Would defintely book again. |
