Ship: Disney Fantasy Stateroom: 2535 Condition: 5
Deck: 2 Category: 11C Location: Mid
  Sail Date: 12/02/23

Notes: This room was very spacious and I loved the location. It is a quick walk to Enchanted Garden and the atrium. The location was very noisy though. The wall that the bed is on has the elevator right behind it. I’m not sure if that’s what we kept hearing but it was some kind of mechanical noise during the night. I didn’t ever hear people in the room next door.

Notes: This spacious, inside, accessible room is perfectly situated right around the corner from the midship elevators and the Enchanted Garden restaurant. That doesn't mean it was noisy, though. There was some hallway noise during the day and early evening but people were generally respectful of the time and kept the noise down at night. The only noise we didn't like was the vacuuming that was done in the atrium overhead between midnight and 1 a.m. It was noticeable but definitely not a problem. By the way, we did not request an accessible stateroom but we were traveling with family who was in a requested accessible stateroom next door (#2533) and got assigned this room. My ONLY complaint about these rooms is that the entry doors are programmed to open automatically and stay open longer to give travelers more time to enter and leave; however, if you don't need the extra time, you must stand and wait an extra 15-30 seconds for the door to close. Wish there was a way to override this feature. Otherwise, I highly recommend this stateroom for its roominess, comfort and location.

Ship: Disney Magic Stateroom: 2535 Condition: 1
Deck: 2 Category: 10 Location: Forward
  Sail Date: 06/18/05

Notes: This was an extremely noisy room. My friend's husband went up on deck to sleep it was that loud. The engineer even reported that the noise was extreme. Some sort of mechanical blasting sound that kept the whole family up all night. Luckily they were moved the next day to a much quieter room. (room 2107)
