Notes: 2578 on the Disney Wonder is an Oceanview with an adjoining cabin. I would definitely NOT recommend this cabin. The room seems much smaller than other cabins in this catergory. Our friend is a couple of doors down in the same category and has another storage area that is totally missing from this cabin. If you want the average space stay away from 2578. The drawer space is very limited. |

Notes: This was my first time staying on deck 2, and I did so because that’s what I could afford for this sailing. I originally thought I would have preferred a higher deck with a verandah, but ended up loving deck 2. Room size was great for just me and my husband. We also spent a lot of time in the adults only lounges which were a quick trip upstairs to deck 3. The room was quiet and even though it was an adjoining room, I never heard any noise from the adjoining room. I loved being so close to the water and thought that part was really relaxing. Porthole views were great and I didn’t feel like I missed out on anything by not having a verandah. Everything in the room was in working order |

Notes: We actually sailed 2017, but it's not an option in the dates. Anyway, I had really mixed feelings about this room. On the one hand, it was quiet when it came to ships noises above or below. Unfortunately, it's a connecting stateroom to the room next door and our neighbors weren't quiet. It's really easy to hear sounds from the other room coming through the door. I will probably avoid connecting rooms from now on unless I'm connecting to another family member. Also, connecting rooms are missing a chest of drawers, which, for a 5 night was fine, but if I were on a longer cruise, wouldn't work.
If you're specifically looking for a connecting room, this one is great. It's quiet and I LOVED the location. Close to midship elevators, but a little further aft to make it an easier trek to the aft elevators. I was very happy with that aspect. The shower was a little funky, but once you learned it's quirks, it worked well enough. Just don't slide the shower vs. tub lever all the way over. It needs to sit a little bit closer to tub. If you slide it all the way to shower, it dumps 70% of the water out of the tub spigot. |

Notes: Great room - centrally located to all elevators, but not noisy at all. Large porthole, plenty of room for the 3 of us! Super stateroom host, too! |

Notes: Extremely quiet. Excellent location, only a dozen feet from the elevators/stairs and one flight down from the main entrance and Triton's. Room itself was right underneath Triton's, so there was no noise from above during the night and in the morning. From the cabin window we could see the exit gangway and knew just when it was a good time to leave the room.
Our host, Ed, was incredible too. |
