Ship: Disney Magic Stateroom: 2594 Condition: 4
Deck: 2 Category: 9B Location: Mid
  Sail Date: 07/20/12

Notes: We actually had room 2590, 2592,2594 and 2596 on our July 20-28 cruise. My husband and I shared adjoining rooms 2594 and 2596. The rooms were very clean. 2594 was definitely noisier than 2596. This affected my husband more than myself. If you are having adjoining rooms, BRING 2 SMALL BUNGEE CORDS TO HOLD DOORS OPEN!!! It worked perfectly. The only other issue we had with the room was that the clock light only comes on when you hit the snooze button. There must have been a loose connection to the unreachable outlet behind the bed because it only worked when it "felt" like it. really minor issues. We had plenty of room to unpack and our luggage fit under the bed without issue. Our stateroom host Ali was wonderful and even remade towel animals when my son tried to remake them without success. We were conveniently located between the elevators and the walk was not bad at all. The rooms did get a bit warm, but not unbearable. Make sure you shut the bathroom doors when going to bed as they'll squeak open and closed throughout the night if they are left open.

Notes: We had 2596 & 2594 connecting. I'm guessing that these rooms were over some aspect of the power source for the ship. There was "engine" noise and slight vibration throughout the cruise. Even when we were in port. The first night I put ear plugs in to help me sleep. After that I was able to sleep without ear plugs. I walked the hall and the noise seemed to end at room 2598 on one side and 2588 the other direction. Otherwise, the ship is starting to show it's age. We had a loose door hinge that they fixed once but loosened up after a couple of days. There are other signs of age and fatigue in the rooms. Nothing that spoils your enjoyment, just something someone with a critical eye noticed.

Notes: Had connecting rooms 2594 & 2596. Both rooms had steamer trunks for extra storage. We did not experience any noise or vibration in either stateroom. Both rooms were in decent shape - some minor, insignificant wear. Location was great. Both rooms are located under the kitchen/galley, but we never heard any noise from them and were usually back in the room by 9pm.

Ship: Disney Magic Stateroom: 2594 Condition: 5
Deck: 2 Category: 9 Location: Mid
  Sail Date: 05/06/06

Notes: Good location. About mid- way between mid and aft elevators. Kind of noisy room but the noise was a constant humm. No loud bangs or bumps, it stayed the same in port or out at sea. It was almost soothing like a white noise.

Ship: Disney Wonder Stateroom: 2594 Condition: 3
Deck: 2 Category: 9 Location: Mid
  Sail Date: 02/13/05

Notes: This room was very clean and well maintained. The down side is it is very very noisy. This unit actually skakes in the bath area on occasion.
