Ship: Disney Magic Stateroom: 2626 Condition: 3
Deck: 2 Category: 9D Location: Aft
  Sail Date: 08/17/22

Notes: We were assigned this room as a GTY on an 11 night European cruise. While the location is great and I normally love deck 2, this room was unbearably loud. We tried to make it work, but after 3 nights requested to be moved. I’m the future I will avoid this area at all costs.

Notes: First time on the Magic (previously on Fantasy and Dream). First room we booked with ocean view instead of verandah. Pleasantly surprised. No noise, room in perfect condition. Had one large porthole (but no seating in it). Even though it was smaller than the previously experienced verandah rooms, still had more than plenty of room. Didn't spend much time in it. Called customer service as I thought refrigerator was broke and was informed it is a 'beverage cooler' and not a refrigerator (evidently all Magic rooms are equipped the same). Previous trips on the Dream and Fantasy, rooms had a refrigerator. Looks like a fridge, but is not. It will cool beverages, but takes a much longer time than a fridge. Would not hesitate to book same room again.

Ship: Disney Magic Stateroom: 2626 Condition: 5
Deck: 2 Category: 9 Location: Aft
  Sail Date: 11/12/11

Notes: Nice and close to the elevators and stairs. After a day ashore, you only have to walk up one deck an you're at your cabin, no line up for elevator to higher decks. Perfect for closeness to restaurants for dining. Not as noisy as we anticipated from other reviews. Only day the noise woke us was the last morning arriving back at the home port.

Notes: The room was more than big enough for 4 people. We did not have a problem with noise. Overall experience was amazing! Immaculate condition!

Ship: Disney Magic Stateroom: 2626 Condition: 3
Deck: 2 Category: 9 Location: Aft
  Sail Date: 12/18/10

Notes: This was our 8th DCL cruise and was without question, the noisiest cabin we've ever had. It is located under the Parrot Cay galley and it sounded like they were beating on and dropping pots and pans all night. This cabin is also directly above the deck 1 gangway, so anytime the boat is in port, there are either people or forklifts going in and out below the cabin. To make things worse, it is right across the hall from a heavily used crew door, so we heard that noise a lot too. The only positive I'd say is that the cabin is in a convenient location.

Ship: Disney Wonder Stateroom: 2626 Condition: 5
Deck: 2 Category: 9 Location: Aft

Notes: Good condition room and close to aft elevator. But as others have stated, this room is loud. Seemed like sounds were coming from above and below. Loud bangs. Pump noises and other sounds I could never figure out. Most were NOT between 11pm and 5:30am, but still, they very loud and noticable. It was difficult taking naps or sleeping in late.

Ship: Disney Wonder Stateroom: 2626 Condition: 3
Deck: 2 Category: 9 Location: Aft
  Sail Date: 10/18/07

Notes: This room was very convenient to the aft elevators. Could get up to the Mickey Pool, pop station, Beach Blanket Buffet and the Animator's Palate very fast. Room was a good size for 2 adults, 2 kids under 11. Port hole good size. Great for the drill, our station is in Animator's, didn't have to stand outside in the heat with life jackets on. One problem: Very loud banging started about 5:30 each morning, continued for about 1/2 hour, I'm a light sleeper and woke up each time. Family slept through it. Overall, good room if you can handle the banging noise when coming into the ports.

Ship: Disney Wonder Stateroom: 2626 Condition: 4
Deck: 2 Category: 9 Location: Aft
  Sail Date: 04/27/06

Notes: The condition of this room was very good and it was plenty spacious for us--2 adults and 1 toddler. However, this room was very noisy. I think there was some sort of storage hold across the hall from us and there was alot of banging as crew went in and out. It was particularly bad on the last night--I think maybe they were going in and out with luggage to store (not sure--but there was alot of activity).
