Notes: Loved this stateroom and would certainly book again, because the positives out way the negatives. Positives include the room size (I estimated about 320 square feet) and two large port holes for lots of natural light. Storage was adequate. Position of the TV prevents it from being watched from the couch. You can watch the TV from the bed. Room has one extremely large bathroom which we prefer over the split bathrooms. However, negatives in the bathroom are that there is no tub. The shower is handicapped designed and grates in the floor to drain water, but some ends up outside the shower. Ladies shaving their legs will find it difficult in the shower as well as there is no bench or anything to place a foot on. Found the location very convenient for almost everything, particularly the theaters. Often walked down one deck and outside to use the lounge chairs that are rarely used on Deck 4. Some noise at night from teens hanging out around the corner toward the front of the ship. Also some movement being toward the front of the ship, although not bothersome. One other negative, is that when looking out of the port holes you cannot look down and see the pier below due to the shape of the ship. Missed not being able to watch people come and go while in port. Room is clean and in great shape. Shaped like an L. Enter and the couch with bunk is on your right along with an armchair and storage trunk. Bathroom is on the left and straight ahead is the king bed and one port hole. To the left past the bathroom is a little area with second porthole, this area has a second armchair, desk with chair that includes with fridge and TV. The wall opposite the port hole is the closest with safe. This is the wall shared with the bathroom. Of note, this room is handicapped designed. Disney does not classify it as handicapped on their website, but other booking agents sometimes classify it as handicapped. There is no step up into the bathroom .

Ship: Disney Dream Stateroom: 5018 Condition: 5
Deck: 5 Category: 8A Location: Forward
  Sail Date: 12/26/13

Notes: This room is HA so does not have a split bath - however the bathroom is big and worked well for us. This room sleeps 4 with the sofa bed and pull down bunk bed. It is very roomy and bright with the two portholes. I thought the room layout would be like 5020 with a partial wall separating the bed area from the sofa area - but that is not the case. This room is shaped in an L formation. When you enter the room, the door to the bathroom is on the left opposite the sofa and coffee table/trunk. Straight ahead on the right is the bed and nightstands. The closet and desk are in the far portion of the backward L on the left. This makes watching the TV from the bed or sofa virtually impossible. The TV really needs to be mounted on the end of the closet. The biggest problem we had were the last 2 nights. It seemed that every teen on the ship was yelling and running in the corridor to get to their club area. At one point we had to get out of bed and open the door to get their attention and ask them to quiet down. This was after 11PM. Other than that, we loved the room - had a nice view of the ship docking at Castaway Cay.

Ship: Disney Dream Stateroom: 5018 Condition: 4
Deck: 5 Category: 8A Location: Forward

Notes: The stateroom layout was fantastic. We were surpised at how much room we had. The only downside for us was the noise from teens using the HA entrance to their club. This was atrocious at night when our girls were trying to sleep! Other than that, we loved having two HUGE portholes and all that space! The HA bathroom was not a downside for our family either. We used the mirror out in the stateroom for getting ready while someone showered.

Ship: Disney Dream Stateroom: 5018 Condition: 5
Deck: 5 Category: 8A Location: Forward
  Sail Date: 06/15/13

Notes: Large room with two huge portholes. It has a lot of room to move around in. Didn't like the HA bathroom (not a split bath). Also didn't like the positioning of the TV - very difficult for anyone on the sofa bed to see. Location of the room is very good and the area is very quiet. Very convenient for those with kids - same deck as all of the kids clubs.

Ship: Disney Dream Stateroom: 5018 Condition: 4
Deck: 5 Category: 8A Location: Forward

Notes: Great room with two big port holes. This is a wheel chair accessible bathroom. This room differs from others that is has one large bathroom not two separate bathroom areas.

Ship: Disney Dream Stateroom: 5018 Condition: 5
Deck: 5 Category: 8A Location: Forward
  Sail Date: 06/15/12

Notes: The double portholes brought in so much natural light! It was big for a family of 4, although there is no split bath in this cabin. We loved the extra space as we never felt cramped. The TV on the desk is far from the bed and sofa; I wish the tv could be mounted closer to the bed and sofa.

Ship: Disney Magic Stateroom: 5018 Condition: 5
Deck: 5 Category: 8 Location: Forward
  Sail Date: 09/26/09

Notes: Great room, quiet, close to the elevators and Oceaneers Lab. We did not hear our neighbors and the only ship noise was the sound of the waves as the ship cut through the ocean. Will definately book again.
