Notes: We loved this room. Originally we had booked an Inside Stateroom but were able to upgrade it to a verandah at Check-in for a really nice price. This room was perfectly neat and clean. Toilet, sinks, bathtub everything was very clean and working accordingly. I don't know if this particular room was renovated recently, but I couldn't notice any scratches, damaged paint etc. The verandah was very convenient too being literally the last room on the deck; it felt like we had more privacy than usual since we couldn't see other people's feet through the divider. As for motion, I couldn't feel anything moving. I was on Wish in Deck 10 and it gave me so much motion sickness. Not in this bedroom though. Everything was perfect. Lastly, the room was conveniently located next to the Buena Vista Theatre, but no noises or smell of popcorn bothered us at all. It just gave us the urge to get popcorn every time lol. The elevator was also conveniently close to Palo (on Deck 10), and Rapunzel's Royal Table (on Deck 3). So if you want to be close to the restaurants, go for it. |

Notes: We really enjoyed this room. Disney gave us a surprise upgrade to this room 3 days before we sailed. We had an inside stateroom (11A) originally booked for our sailing. Loved the location to the kids clubs since we have a 9yr old and the kids club is located just down the hall. We found the room very quiet even with the kids club being on the same deck. Bring your refillable Disney popcorn bucket from home if you have one cause you get the lovely smell of popped popcorn everyday since your right by the theater and your going to want some. Only experienced some vibration while docking. This is the last stateroom before the navigator verandas start on this deck so you have a solid wall on the left side on the veranda. The room only sleeps three. It does not have a pull down bunk. A convenient plus to this room location is that there is a set of restrooms just down the hall from your stateroom giving you an option for additional facilities. The Muster station we had for this room was in Animators Palette. |

Notes: Cabin #5130 was a Deluxe Oceanview with Verandah stateroom that was right next to the last of the Navigator's Verandah, which meant that the privacy to the left was a solid wall and then the regular privacy dividers to the right of the balcony.
The location could not be beat. It was 5 rooms down from the elevator and was a quiet room. There was no noise that was made to disturb sleep. The housekeeper was Nerissa and she was great!
Overall a great room. I give this cabin a 4 on condition because the stateroom is beginning to show its age and needs some TLC. Overall the cabin was spotless and very clean but had its dents and damage throughout due to the age of the ship and the need for dry dock which will not be happening until 2016. |

Notes: This room was wonderful. Someone reviewed this room in the past and said it does not have split bathrooms. That review is completely WRONG. It DOES have split bathrooms. The room was very clean and convenient to get to. We had no issues with movement or noise. This room only accomadates 3, no drop down bunk. This room is the first room from the aft to have a full veranda and one wall is solid, but we had no issues with that. The veranda itself needs to be painted and touched up in dry dock. It's not bad, but needs a little tender loving care.I heard from a few others that most verandas on the Magic were in the same state....a few rust spots and need of paint. Our stateroom Host, Rodrigo, was fabulous and was cleaning and attending to us ALL day long. Such a wonderful guy.
We would gladly stay in this room again. |

Notes: Very quiet cabin close to cinema. Easy access to all parts of ship as you come out to the aft lifts and can walk forward via the port siie walkway past the cinema, it was like having our own private access to the ship as this passageway is underused. Would definately book this cabin again. |

Notes: Our wonderful travel agent got it exactly right when she booked us this cabin. The location on deck 5 is wonderful! We were close to the restaurants and the cinema, and we just had to jump in the aft elevator to get up to Topsiders in the morning.
I was surprised how quiet the area was given how close it is to Oceaneers etc. Sometimes we got a hint of engine noise as the ship was pulling into port, but nothing too loud.
The room was well maintained and our hostess was great. Since there were only two of us sharing we had plenty of space but storage might have been an issue if there had been three of us.
There is no split bathroom in this cabin, so a door hanger for toiletries etc is a must! We just hung ours on one of the wardrobe coat hangers and placed it on the hook on the back of the bathroom door. |

Notes: I notcied no cigarette burn on any counter, as previously stated. Perhaps the counter was replaced? This room is an excellent location for the restaurants and the 9th Deck AFT Beverage Station. I found the verandah to be very secluded and private, due to the verandah next to this room being a "Navigator's Verandah". Once the Carnival Cruise Lines ships left Nassau, we had a prime view of the port and Festival Place. In Castaway Cay, the room was positioned directly across from a little "Pump House" building that had wonderful island songs playing from a speaker. We opened the verandah door and enjoyed the music! The stateroom host, Lapas, was sweet & charming and accommodating. Experienced very little noise other than the occasional thump from above staterooms or a mild conversation walking by in the hallway. Engine did awaken me as the ship did its 360 degree turnaround to park in ports -- convenient if you don't set a wake up call! Great room. |

Notes: Very good location, only a few doors from the aft elevators/stairs and the Buena Vista theatre but very quiet, despite being near these, and on the same deck as the kids clubs. Nice table and chairs are found just before you enter the hallway and the wi-fi connection is good here. There are women/mens bathrooms here also. Good for emergencies! The Muster station for the safety drill is in Animators P.
The Balcony is very private as this is the last regular veranda and to the left is an Navigators veranda. Somewhat shorter depth veranda than found on deck 6 and above.
The Cast member elevator is just a few doors away, and we found room service to be very fast, we are assuming that they come up from the kitchens just a deck or two below us, as service was speedy. We would book this room again in a heartbeat! |

Notes: Cigaret burn on counter.
Very convenient to elevators and stairs. My wife conplained of engin noise and too much motion. I found it quiter and smoother than the ship that I was on in the Navy and I was on a carrier. The cabin also had more room than the Navy gave me.
