Notes: The location of this cabin was amazing - steps from the Beuna Vista Theatre ( but you do not smell the popcorn being freshly popped ), 1 deck below is Animators ( no noise heard) , 2 decks below is Tianas ( no noise heard), or you can take the aft elevator straight up to Cabanas. The location was amazing! This was our 6th cruise on Wonder but first time in an aft cabin..... there was ALOT of engine noise and we the room literally shook from the waves and engine. I thankfully had ear plugs and needed them every night. The ceiling sounded like a hail storm. The bathroom lights and mirror rattled. The noise was there all the time except when we were in port. It became annoying when you needed to sleep -- it was so loud! The ear plugs made it fine but without them no way. |

Notes: We had a great time in this cabin. There were three of us - myself, my wife and our 9 year old son. Plenty of room. Great views of Nassau and Castaway Cay. And no noise at all - even late in Nassau. You could feel the engines hum a bit when in the head (strangely, only there), and there was a bit of wear on the balcony and verandah, but not a distraction. I liked having a virtual second bathroom down the hall next to the theater (much more room in the toilet!). We would definitely stay in this cabin again. |

Notes: There's a little wear & tear around the deck area - but what a GREAT cabin! We loved it so much we booked our next one on the same deck in the same area - but Starboard side - because it was a bit noisy in port - especially Nassau. Still - great for 2 adults and one kid! |

Notes: The Navigator Verandah is adorable! We will always chose this option because it feels private, yet it still open. BUt not TOO open. This is a great place on the ship because there isn't much foot traffic or noise. You are right next to the AFT elevators or AFT stairs. You can very quickly get to the beverage stations on deck 9. There is more movement aft than mid, but the gentle motion rocked us to sleep. We didn't notice creaking or cabin noises. However- this is a port side room. In Nassau, port side is NOISY from people returning to ship DRUNK from partying. Or from other boats docked nearby. Bring a white noise machine. Lots of noise when the ship is getting re-stocked at Castaway about 430pm, too. Or from people re-boarding at Castaway. I will probably stay in the same section, but Starboard next time. Great views of port, but port can be noisy. Otherwise, VERY good location on the ship for lack of foot traffic and easy access. Cute room, too! |
