Ship: Disney Fantasy Stateroom: 5524 Condition: 4
Deck: 5 Category: 7A Location: Forward
  Sail Date: 06/04/16

Notes: We went on the 7-day Eastern Caribbean Cruise with two other families on deck 5 as well. We all enjoyed this cruise very much and they all miss being on the ship. This is our 5th Disney Cruise (3 on the Dream & 2 on the Fantasy). We like this deck level since it's easy access to the theaters, to the lobby area, and to the dinning rooms. The hallways leads to the other entrance for the Vibe. Some kids wondered around this area but not as bad compared to the starboard side. When that door to the goes to Vibe is open, you can easily go down to Deck 4. This was a nice option going down for jog. Some of the noise we experienced was when the ship was docking (some vibration but not bad at all), some gurgling noise from the sink drain (in the evening sometimes), and the adjacent verandah separator. The gurgling noise, I'm not sure if this is normal from the other staterooms. And the verandah separator noise was from the lose bolt or something. It was loud enough to annoy you if you were hanging on the verandah. After the 2nd night it went away. I'm assuming the guest next door complained about it. My wife didn't really like the verandah all that much. The left side is obscured. To the right you'll see half of the verandah from the next stateroom. We were lucky enough they didn't seem to hangout outside all that much. But if they did, they could easily see us hanging out or even see in our stateroom. We also saw a Navigator folded and tucked along part of the railing and some cigarette buds. The inside of the room is nice and well kept. There was a wooden plate below the safe box that kept opening. I'm not sure what that's for. Overall the stateroom was nice. The verandah was okay. Location is great. We like Deck 5 level, but most likely not book this room again. I hope this helps.

Ship: Disney Magic Stateroom: 5524 Condition: 4
Deck: 5 Category: 10 Location: Forward
  Sail Date: 11/20/10

Notes: This room was really nice. You could definitely hear the people in the next room due to the connecting door, but we brought a fan and slept great! The view is obstructed but its not so bad. Did see the crew members working outside a few times so remember to close the curtains when changing. Not easy to get to but very convenient to kids club!

Ship: Disney Wonder Stateroom: 5524 Condition: 5
Deck: 5 Category: 10 Location: Forward
  Sail Date: 09/03/06

Notes: We stayed in 5522 and 5524 connecting "Secret Porthole Rooms". The rooms were wonderful! We did not hear any noise. These staterooms are conveniently located right around the corner from the forward lifts. They're above the Walt Disney Theatre which made it very easy to attend the live shows. The kids' clubs are located on the same floor as the staterooms, also a plus! We had three family members in each stateroom. There was ample drawer space and each room also had a steamer trunk with shelves. We had no problem storing our luggage (we stored suitcases in the closet and under the beds). The beds were some of the most comfortable that we've ever slept in at any resort (including the pull down ceiling beds). We are hoping to book these staterooms again on our next cruise! They are a wonderful value!
