Disney Cruise Line Stateroom Number 5546

Notes: Loved this room. Not noisy at all, though close to the elevators - which I LOVED! 5th deck is great IMO - close to Oceaneer Club and only 1-2 levels from most character greetings. Huge verandah...more than 4 people would every need. Would be fine with regular size verandah next time, but this was a nice splurge. Great open view. It's a cruise ship so the "enough room" part is relative...tight bathrooms but otherwise good. Lots of closet & drawer space and our suitcases fit perfectly under the bed. Would request this room again.

Notes: We switched to this room when we visited friends who were in a 4E on the Fantasy the previous year (we were on deck 7 at the time). Love the over-sized deck and the location is so convenient, right off the midship elevators and it's so quiet, because the corridor does not get a lot of through traffic. The one interesting to not is that you lose a little space on the veranda, since it does not square off with the veranda adjacent to it. the railing on the left is curved, where some of the other verandas share the same railing, this one does not. Minor difference and really doesn't make much of a difference, but worth noting none the less.

Notes: This room is our favorite room by far! It's super close to the Forward elevators so it's convenient to all the adult pools & Satellite Falls. It's just a short walk to mid-ship as well so it seems like we got to everywhere we needed to go in no time! It's at the beginning of the hallway and it's nice and quiet. The best part of this room though is the verandah. It's HUGE! It has 2 regular chairs, a little table, and 2 lounge chairs with plenty of space to move about. We loved this room so much we booked our next cruise onboard and made sure to get this room again!

Notes: This room rocks! First, it's close to the forward elevators. There's not a lot of traffic down that corridor so it was quiet. Room was in great condition. There was a lot of mosquitoes in it on our first day which I though was odd, they need standing water and the ocean is not usually a great place for them. They seemed to go away by the next day so might have been an oddity. This cabin has one of those GARGANTUAN verandahs. It's also on the starboard side which made for great private viewing of the fireworks show. We invited friends over and easily fit 14 people on the verandah for the show.
