Notes: This was our 2nd time staying in this room. The last time was 4 years ago and the room was definitely showing mote wear and tear. The location is fantastic- extremely quiet, not far from forward elevator which is not busy. We could hear running above us - rude teens on our cruise that ran up and down deck 7. We love the layout of this room. It does still have a single steamer trunk which gives so much extra storage! The bathroom is not split but works fine for my family of 3. We love this room and have it booked for our next 2 cruises! I would highly recommend it 59 anyone!

Notes: Of all the cabins we have ever stayed in this was our very favorite! The room is the sideways layout. When you open the door the sofa is directly across from you. To the left is the bathroom and closet and to the right is the bed area. The bed headboard is on the same wall as the sofa and at the foot of the bed is the desk. Next to the desk is a single wide steamer trunk and then the cabinet with tv and fridge. There was so much space in this cabin. Our family of 2 adults and a teenager never felt like we were on top of each other. The hall was very quiet - the only noise was heard was early one morning when there was a medical emergency in another cabin and you could hear screaming.

Notes: This is a sideways interior stateroom. The room itself was great. The steamer trunk storage was very handy on our two week cruise. It is a distance from the laundry room which is located down it the hall on the other side. The location was very noisy mainly due to inconsiderate people allowing their children to run up and down the halls at all hours of the day and night. It's also one room away from the crew area where luggage and other things are staged and stored. There was quiet a bit of banging. However, room service area must have been close by as it only took about 10 minutes each time for deliveries.

Deck: 6 Category: 11B Location: Aft

Notes: Stayed in this room on our Alaska cruise. It's a 'sideways' room which did give the feeling of more space. Only has 1 bathroom, not 2 like some of the other rooms. Room was well kept, looked smart, storage space was ok. Only little thing I did notice was in a sideways room your bed is nearer the door than in a regular inside stateroom, where you are set further back from the door. This did make us notice the noise from the hallway a bit more. However, weighed up against the feeling of space I would probably still go for this room next time.

Notes: This is a sideways cabin. There seemed to be more room in this cabin due to it's layout. The cabin is showing some wear and tear in the shower tiles. Otherwise, this room was great. We loved having a "sideways" cabin. It was close to the forward lifts and stairs.

Notes: This was our 3rd Disney cruise. Our first two were in verandah cabins, but since DS21 is still in college, this was a "bonus vacation", so we opted for an inside stateroom. We were assigned cabin 6015 which I later found out was a "sideways" cabin. After a little research here on the DIS and on Google, I saw that there were no negative reports of this type of cabin, and in fact, quite the opposite. People said they preferred these sideways cabins over regular insides. After 8 nights in this cabin, I totally agree! The cabin felt spacious, had a lot of storage, was quiet, and was kept clean by our excellent stateroom host Herri. We saw no issues with this cabin; the bathroom was in great shape, everything in the cabin worked properly, and the best thing was that if you turned the thermostat all the way down to the coldes setting, the cabin actually got cold! This was the first time that we were able to truly cool off our cabin to the temp that we desired. :) We liked the forward location because as a party of only adults, it was always a quick elevator ride up to deck 9 to the Quiet Cove pool, Cove Cafe, and the spa. And then a quick ride down to deck 4 to the Walt Disney Theater to see the evening shows. I would absolutely choose this cabin again. :)

Notes: Loved this room. The sideways room is the way to go. Really spacious at the entrance. This one has a half steamer trunk. Quiet location. Easy access to the forward elevators. Walk down the stairs (2 floors) and you're at the theater for the shows.

Notes: This is a sideways cabin with steamer truck. Loved the layout - quiet hallway, close to the forward elevators. Great room!

Notes: Long room seemed more spacious than our other room across the hall (6016). Only complaint was occasional noise from kids running in the hall, but otherwise a great room and convenient to 6016 if traveling with others who have window room.

Notes: GREAT ROOM! The sideways cabins like this one seem more spacious. We heard nothing except for an occasional loud group in the hall. And because this is located all the way forward, we were just a quick elevator ride from the theater, adult pool and spa. PLUS, since it is located on deck 6, you can reach anything by stairs without much effort. We loved this room! Enjoy!

Notes: Sideways Cat 6, sleeps 3 but is more open. Small steamer trunk. Convenient location. CM_Mom
