Ship: Disney Dream Stateroom: 6028 Condition: 5
Deck: 6 Category: 5D Location: Forward
  Sail Date: 06/24/12

Notes: Great location! Forward elevators never busy. Midship elevator was also very close. Bed was on the right as you entered the room after the bathrooms. It was fun watching them shoot the lines when we moored at Castaway Cay. Nice being able to store suitcases under the bed.

Ship: Disney Magic Stateroom: 6028 Condition: 5
Deck: 6 Category: 6 Location: Forward
  Sail Date: 08/19/06

Notes: This was a great connecting stateroom for us. It opens up right to the elevator and stairs forward. The hallways are so small that it is claustrophobic when anyone else is coming out of their stateroom or cleaning so it is nice to have this extra room outside our door. Nice balcony, last one on the end. Lots of space - this has the footlocker for storage. There was a small issue on the last two days with kids playing in the common area in front of the elevators and one fight between a mom and an admirer of her daughters. I think this was common all over given the summer month, so it comes with the vacation, not necessarily the room. Things seemed quiet to me, nothing unusual. Missed seeing things on port day - I would try to book directly opposite this room in future.

Ship: Disney Magic Stateroom: 6028 Condition: 4
Deck: 6 Category: 6 Location: Forward
  Sail Date: 02/25/06

Notes: Great room, very close to elevators, though you did not hear them. Two floors directly above Disney theater and three above Beat Street, very convenient. Has adjoining room, which you can hear people in other room talking when you stand near the door. Spacious, with split bath, sink in each room, which was great for two teenagers and parents.Plenty of room to put clothes in drawers and standing trunk. Lots of closet space for suitcases. Verandah was excellent, on the end, so you don't have people on one side. It was wonderful to open the door in the mornings and feel the warm breeze and sunshine. Didn't smell anyone smoking which was great. Most ports docked on other side of ship so you don't see ports coming up. Two very minor annoying things: drapes don't close all the way, used Disney pins to pin shut, until we found a safety pin. Top bunk railing rattled first night, finally placed q-tips between hinge and metal tube covering hinges every night so that problem was solved. Queen size bed very comfortable. Danny, stateroom host, was excellent. Overall, very satisfied with room.

Ship: Disney Magic Stateroom: 6028 Condition: 4
Deck: 6 Category: 6 Location: Forward
  Sail Date: 04/07/05

Notes: We occupied this room and the connecting room 6030. The location has more advantages than disadvantages. Being so close to the elevator and stairs was convenient. One would expect it to be noisy but it wasn't. Also being the first veranda with the others downwind, when the ship is moving, there is no problem with second hand cigar smoke. It is a hike to the laundry and anything aft but that doesn't bother us in the least. The condition of the room was fine. These rooms were an unexpected upgrade. We would have liked to have booked them for our next cruise but settled on booking just this one and the category 11 across the hall. (had to change dates later and couldn't get 6028)
