Ship: Disney Wonder | Stateroom: 6036 | Condition: 5 |
Deck: 6 | Category: 5C | Location: Mid |
Sail Date: 05/24/14 | ||
Notes: Great location, closer to the forward elevators than the mid ones but both are convenient to use. Just go down two floors to the Walt Disney Theater or the walking deck, or one more floor to the bars and Triton's. The kid's clubs are mostly on deck 5 and Animator's is on deck 4 aft and Parrot Cay is on deck 3 aft. The pool deck and the buffet restaurant is 3 decks above so if you can walk 3 flights of stairs, you may find you don't use the elevators much. There is a solid wall to the left of the veranda (rather than the folding wall) containing pipes and drains so noise from the pipes woke us early in the morning when crew was cleaning decks or power washing. The laundry is between the mid and aft elevators, on the starboard side of this floor, so it's not too out of the way. We only occasionally heard noise through the adjoining door but we had quiet neighbors. |
Ship: Disney Magic | Stateroom: 6036 | Condition: 5 |
Deck: 6 | Category: 5C | Location: Mid |
Sail Date: 03/26/11 | ||
Notes: Very convient to Kids Clubs! (Just one floor below so if elevator is busy you can just walk the stairs.) Very quiet despite the fact it is near elevators- never heard any noise as far as that goes. Rarely heard people next door. Only slight creaking as to be expected on the ship. Never slept better! Great view over St. Martin and Castaway Cay. Private balcony is so nice in the mornings especially. We have two children, 7 bags of luggage and 4 carry-ons with room to spare! Hint- stow your emptied luggage underneath the bed! If we sail the Magic again we'll be requesting this room. |
Ship: Disney Magic | Stateroom: 6036 | Condition: 4 |
Deck: 6 | Category: 6 | Location: Forward |
Sail Date: 09/12/09 | ||
Notes: No real problems with this room. Close to both fore and mid elevators. Only heard neighbours through connecting door once the entire cruise. The ceiling near the varanda doors creaks almost constantly but is only noticeable at night. It is not loud creaking. On the eastern Carribean, we had shade on the balcony for the way down, and sun on the way back to Florida. The privacy curtain does not close all the way, there is a 1 foot gap in the center. |

Deck: 6 | Category: 6 | Location: Mid |

Notes: Great room, convenient to everything. We noticed really minor mechanical sounds, but nothing disturbing. Also, no noise complaints from connecting room. Great view over CC and the flying dutchman! Wish I was still there! |
Ship: Disney Wonder | Stateroom: 6036 | Condition: 5 |
Deck: 6 | Category: 6 | Location: Forward |
Sail Date: 04/15/07 | ||
Notes: Excellent location!! In between forward and Mid elevators, very convenient. Room was very clean and in good condition. Top bunk a bit creaky. It is connecting so you can hear guests next door if they are noisy. Muster station outside on deck 4. |
