Disney Cruise Line Stateroom Number 6050

Notes: Stateroom 6050 is on the port side of the ship. Walking into the room, the split bathroom, bed, and convertible couch are against the left wall. The closet, chest of drawers, and desk area are against the right wall. There is a pull-down berth above the convertible couch, creating a top bunk. The balcony is immediately beyond the couch and desk area. The balcony has two chairs and a small round side table. Although the life boats are immediately below the balcony, they are stored flush to the side of the ship and tucked into the recessed area on the deck below. Therefore, there is an unobstructed view of the ocean. Looking up from the balcony, the protruding portion of the Aquadunk tube can be seen overhead. The room is conveniently located near the mid-ship elevators, but far enough away that the room is very quiet. The Oceaneers Lab is conveniently located one deck below at mid-ship. The room is in great shape, but had a few minor signs of age that have, hopefully, been addressed by maintenance. The door to the shower portion of the split bath was coming loose from the top hinge requiring the door to be slightly lifted while closing it. The sliding door to the balcony no longer slid easily and required some elbow grease to open/close it. Also of note, but low priority, is that both wave phones in the room had broken clips for hanging on belts or waitebands. However, the use of the DCL app on your smart phone is a better experience anyhow. Some nice upgrades include 2 USB charging outlets at the desk area and on-demand programming for the television.

Notes: Very quiet and plenty of room. Very happy with it.

Notes: Excellent room location. Very close to both elevators. Middle of the boat. No noise at all. Room was clean and fully functional. Doors did not stick or make any rattling noise. I would choose this room again with a problem.

Notes: This stateroom was even better than we expected! There was absolutely no noise, the location was good, the verandah was heavenly, and the bed was almost as comfortable as my bed at home! There were four of us (DD11 and DS8), and we had plenty of room. I was surprised at how much room there actually was. The split bathroom is very nice! The kids fought over who was going to get to sleep on the top bunk! We liked this room so much that we tried to rebook it for our cruise next May. However, someone else must like it too because we couldn't get it! We'll be in 6056 though!

Notes: Not noisy at all and very convenient to the mid ship elevators even though the cabin was a little foward.
