Ship: Disney Magic | Stateroom: 6106 | Condition: 5 |
Deck: 6 | Category: 5B | Location: Mid |
Sail Date: 03/03/14 | ||
Notes: Great location, I would say it is more aft than midship. The room was generally quiet and I am particular about noise. I did hear some kind of machinery noise at times, but it did not bother me as I always use a sound machine at night. Balcony was just fine. There is a large pipe in which I could hear trickling water constantly. The extra storage in the room was great, I had more than enough. I would stay here again. |
Ship: Disney Wonder | Stateroom: 6106 | Condition: 5 |

Notes: Exactly what we hoped/expected from a balconied stateroom. |
Ship: Disney Magic | Stateroom: 6106 | Condition: 5 |
Deck: 6 | Category: 6 | Location: Mid |
Sail Date: 09/11/04 | ||
Notes: This room is actually located between the mid and aft section of the ship---not too far from the aft elevator. This location was very convenient to pop up to deck 9 or go down to deck 3.
The room itself was emaculate. Even though it was a connecting room we experienced very little (if any) noise from those around us. The two bathroom configuration was a definite plus and made getting ready much easier for the four of us (me, DW, DS6, & DS11). The layout made excellent use of the limited space available.
The balcony was nice to have but we ended up not spending much time there. It was handy to hang clothes out to dry---but that's an expensive clothes dryer! If for some reason you were confined to quarters it would be great. For our next cruise we have a Cat 9, same level, toward the forward section...

Ship: Disney Magic | Stateroom: 6106 | Condition: 4 |
Deck: 6 | Category: 6 | Location: Mid |
Sail Date: 01/15/04 | ||
Notes: Some faint mechanical noise in early morning, sounded like a pump of some kind. I thought the views from the other side of ship were better. Plenty of room for the 4 of us. |
