Ship: Disney Fantasy | Stateroom: 6114 | Condition: 5 |
Deck: 6 | Category: 4D | Location: Mid |

Notes: Absolutely no noise and never heard anybody outside the room. Super convenient to the kids club. Just down the mid stairs and a little to the left. 2 adults and 3 kids and there was enough room for the little amount of time we were in the room. When the beds were all opened it was little crampy but not bad at all for 2 adults and 3 kids. We loved not being super close to the elevators or having anyone across from us. Verandah was nice. |

Notes: We loved this stateroom; roomy, centrally located, close to elevators, quiet. We loved the balcony, and the fact that the lifeboats were directly below us did not bother us at all. You still have a beautiful view! The fact that we were on a lower floor meant we barely felt the ship move. We never heard our neighbors or noise from above or below. We traveled with 2 adults and 3 kids, and we had plenty of room. The two bathroom design is brilliant! And plenty of drawers and closet space (we stored our empty luggage under the bed). The bunk was great for our 12 year old and the couch bed worked fine for our 14 year old who is already 5'9". |

Notes: Convenient location near aft stairs/elevators but room was in need of refurb. Ceiling panels not flush, shims in molding, light fixtures and air vent coverings not fitting correctly against ceiling, extremely loud constant creaking noises coming from the dividing area between the bed and couch during rough seas. Even with earplugs sound was unbearable. Was told that it was because of rough seas. Yes, rough seas contributed to it but there would not have been the MAJOR creaking if there wasn't some problem to begin with. Stateroom host said it was her only room making noises like this. And other areas on the ship were not this loud at all. Finally maintenance looked at and removed the panel but couldn't fix the sound. They sent officer in who was completely floored that the sound was as loud as it was. Thankfully almost 5 days later when we reached calm seas the sound was SO much bearable with only the occasional creak (we still had 11 of our 21 nights on left on board). I would NOT book this room if even the slightest chance of rough seas... so pretty much any time.
This was cruises 8 & 9 for me and only the first time I've encountered room issues. In fact, my others were all probably a 5/5. But this one definitely didn't live up to my expectations. |

Notes: First time cruisers and this room absolutely exceded our expectations. We had 5 occupants and we were all comfortable with room to spare. The kids were thrilled by the bunk beds and fought over who got to sleep on the top bunk everynight. The verandah was spectacular, I was nervous at first about the kids being out there unattended but it is absolutely safe. The views were spectacular and yes the lifeboat is right underneath but that just made me feel better about no one going directly overboard. Wonderful stateroom. |

Notes: It was perfect! No noise from above or below! There was plenty of space for 3A and 2C! We had the pack n play next to bed at night. There was room under bed for empty suitcases. Love the split bath! Great views from verandah, but want to point out that the lifeboats are DIRECTLY BELOW the verandah. We faced the port when in Nassau and Castaway Cay. Very happy with this stateroom! |

Notes: Very convenient to the Aft elevators and eating at all the restaurants, especially Topsiders. Was a great location for the kids to run up to the goofy/mickey pool. A little longer walk to the adult pool and Walt Theatre. Very quiet. Had a great view of Cozumel from the veranda. |
Ship: Disney Wonder | Stateroom: 6114 | Condition: 5 |

Notes: We boarded the Disney Wonder on Christmas Eve for the 2008 Christmas Cruise. The stateroom is convienently located near the aft elevators and is only a short walk to the mid elevators. The room was extremely quiet during all hours of the day and night. This stateroom faces the water in Florida, the dock in Nassau, and the dock in Castaway Cay. Overall I would highly recommend this cabin for its room. There was a closet with some shelving attached to a small dresser with several drawers. The steamer truck is extremely useful for storing clothes. We were able to put empty suitcases under the queen bed and closet. The balcony is a must have for morning coffee! |
