Ship: Disney Wonder Stateroom: 6137 Condition: 3
Deck: 6 Category: 11 Location: Aft
  Sail Date: 04/17/11

Notes: Great location. Just walk down the stairs to deck 5 and walk the "I-5" (deck 5) past the theater to the kids club and lab. New bedding, very comfortable and great fluffy pillows. A/C was very good. We kept it at 2 1/2 dots above the coldest setting and it stayed btw 67 & 68 degrees (my travel clock has a thermometer). The beverage cooler was really good too. Kept 2 cups of ice from deck 9 in it and drinks were cold enough. The bathroom needs refreshing as well as the carpet. Luggage fit under the bed and enough storage for 3 people for 10nt cruise. The worst was kids running down the hall at midnight. You can hear neighbors talking and closet doors opening and closing. 2 plug on the desk with 1 being used to charge Wave Phones (unplug if needed). 1 more plug behind TV at desk area. No clock. 1 bathroom not a lot of space (no cabinets like other cruise lines) just a shelf and small area around sink. Great tub/shower area!! Would be better if they had a D ring for the shower curtain.

Notes: The hair dryer is just fine. It blows at a med speed and goes from cool to hot if left on for a while. I have short thick full body hair and was able to style with a brush.

Ship: Disney Magic Stateroom: 6137 Condition: 3
Deck: 6 Category: 11 Location: Aft
  Sail Date: 11/07/08

Notes: We loved the location of this room. It was easy to get up to the buffet and just a few floors from the top decks and a few up from the public decks so we were able to take the stairs a lot. The room did have a lot more creaking and noise than other rooms we have had. Most of the creaking came from the ceiling. Maybe it is because the Magic is getting older, maybe just the location. The noise wasn't too bothersome though, it mostly happened when the ship was rocking a lot. They had some shims in the ceiling, I think to help with the noise, but they ought to make a more permanent fix (and one that looks better). This room may be on their list to fix up as it wasn't assigned originally (we just moved there on the second day because of a problem with our first room). Don't let my report of noise deter you from the room though, I'd stay there again, it just wasn't our best room, but it was adequate.
