Notes: Great location, very easy to locate as it was across the hallway from the (very quiet) laundry room and this was indicated on all of the signs in the elevator lobbies. Had a very smooth sailing but felt zero movement in the room - did feel some light rolling in the forward and aft sections so the midship location did reduce any movement we did have. Room was a little tired, but I don't think it was specific to our cabin, more likely just the cabins in general, but everything was in working order (our USB ports were broken and were replaced within half an hour).
One negative was some weird noises at night from below - we were above the Oceaneers Club and I think we may have been on top of the Avengers Training Academy because every so often there would be a loud boom/bass sound through the floor that sounded like the sound effects from an Avengers style movie. Didn't keep us awake (or wake up our sleeping child) but it was noticeable when it happened. Also of note was that we received a notification on the Marvel deck show night that we weren't allowed on our balcony due to fireworks. We didn't receive one on the Fireworks at Sea night, and I went out to have a look and they seemed pretty close so unsure if they just missed sending the notification or we were fine to be out there on that night. Final thing is this is an interconnecting room and you can hear a bit of noise through the door so if you have noisy neighbours it isn't ideal. |

Notes: This was our second Disney cruise and as did the first, it did not disappoint. I would say the room was spacious, considering we had 3 adults and 1 child staying in it. It really helped to have the verandah as an option. We had 5 staterooms together and was able to open the verandah up between all staterooms so we had one long verandah. My 7 year old daughter loved the upper-birth pull down bed!
Since there were 4 of us that means we had 4 suitcases and being that 3 of the 4 were females, we had large suitcases. We were able to store most of the suitcases under the bed which made it less cluttered in the room.
I did not find the room to be in a noisy location, it was acutally quite quiet.
We were midship, so we were close to all the elevators. I liked that we just had to take the mid stairs down one level to drop off or pickup from the kids club on deck 5, I thought that was really convenient.
One of our favorite spots to spend a lot of time at is Currents, I found that is was pretty easy to get to from our room by taking the aft elevators.
We have stayed on deck 6 midship both Disney cruises and would stay in the same area again for our next cruise!

Notes: This was a great room, very spacious. It had the pull down bed in the ceiling, which my daughter loved. Very quiet location with a nice view of the ocean between the lifeboats. Right around the corner from the midship elevators, which was convenient to getting everywhere on the ship. This room also has a great view of Castaway Cay when at the dock. I would definitely request to stay in this room again. |

Notes: Stayed here for our 7-night Western. Loved the room! Close to midship elevators and only a short walk up the stairs to the pools or below to the restaurants & theater.
Verandah was a nice luxury. Great views while in port, especially at Key West (faces Mallory Sq.). Also good for drying out bathing suits or leaving stinky/sandy shoes out of the room. Of course it's great to sit out there at night and just listen to the ocean with a cold drink in your hand.
Two doors away from the laundry room which is nice when you need to duck in there to iron something quickly or to dump in a quick load of laundry. Wasn't noisy either.
Overall, a great room. Would book again.
