Disney Cruise Line Stateroom Number 6586

Notes: Close to elevator and stairs was a major plus. Heard very little noise from the hallways and rooms next door. Did not feel any motion until we were docking or leaving the dock but it quickly passed. No vibrations or noises from ship could be heard. Great views of Nassua and Castaway Cay.

Notes: We loved this room and found it to be a perfect location. It fits 5 - with a couch, bunk, and wall pull out. Short walk to the elevators. Room is located between two lifeboats so, you can see all the way down to the water. We didn't hear any outside noise at all. Room allowed for a beautiful view of the island when pulling into Castaway Cay.

Notes: We LOVE this room! We sailed on the Dream in 2017 in stateroom 6586 and loved it so it seemed like a no-brainer to book again. Easy access to the kids clubs, the atrium for character meets and the restaurants in lower decks. Also, a great location to justify not having to take the elevator-work off all those extra dessert and drink calories:) This stateroom has the bunk and the murphy bed and plenty of storage space for our family of five. It is a connecting room with a split bath and the heavenly rain shower head. We had absolutely no noise issues in this stateroom and can't wait to book it again in the future.

Notes: This was our first cruise and we loved our cabin and location! Being mid-ship was very convenient. Even though we were close to the mid-ship elevators we did not notice an increase in noise or foot traffic. We did, however, often take the stairs just for our personal preference and for not wanting to wait for the elevator at busy times. We never had noise from adjacent cabins (this is an adjoining room) but we could hear the movies from the theater and also hear/feel some engine vibration. The view of Castaway Cay was great! The room was a great size for our family of 5 and loved the kids all having "even" sized beds. Only downfall was not being able to access the veranda when the beds were in use. We would definitely book this cabin again! Our cruise was Feb 13-17, 2017.

Notes: The room is beautiful! Spacious, and very comfortable. There is a murphy bed, pull down bed and the couch bed in this room. It connects to 6584. The verandah can be opened up for a double space. We fit 8 in these two rooms! Easy to get to elevators. Laundry room is a 5 minute walk away too.

Notes: Let me get the negative out of the way first: 1.) The ladder for the upper berth was NOT long enough. It didn't touch the floor. Our stateroom hostess said engineering was aware of the problem. 2.) The upper berth itself, according to my 6 year old, was uncomfortable because it was too hard Aside from those minor issues, everything was perfect! Lots of space, all carpeting, hard goods and soft goods were in mint condition. The room is between 2 lifeboats, so you'll be able to see straight down to the water. The location is perfect because you're right near the beverage station when you take the midship elevators. And it's not too far to walk if you have to go forward or aft. LOVED this room!

Notes: Wonderful room! The only noise was from the neighbors on the veranda. It was so centrally located! Just around the corner from the mid-ship stairs and elevators. It is a connecting room. Super clean, and super comfy for our family of 5!

Notes: This is a great stateroom! It sleeps 5 and connects to 6584. The verandah is above the gap between 2 lifeboats so that you can still look straight down (and see jellyfish and sea turtles!). Room is in great condition. Some noise from people above. Great location near mid-ship elevators/stairs. Plenty of room.

Notes: Condition of the room was excellent. However, we had a lot of noise from the laundry room across the hall. People waiting for machines tended to have loud conversations at all hours, and the change machine was also quite loud. It was not awful, but a couple of nights it was a little much.

Notes: Really close to the laundry room. Gets really loud when someone puts sneakers or clothes with zippers into the dryers at midnight! If you are sailing during the summer the heat from the laundry room and the outside heat and humidity combined killed the a/c in the room. Could not get it cool enough to sleep at night.

Notes: This room was so nice that we booked it again for our 2007 cruise! It was an easy walk to the kids club. The verandah was excellent and the room was very well done. The room was close to the laundry room, but we did not hear a peep. It was nice to walk across the hall if I needed to iron something.

Notes: Great room. Beautiful verandah, no noise, even though close to the laundry room. Great access to both aft and midship elevators. Minimal rocking because of midship location. And I get easily seasick - would definitely recommend and stay in this room again.

Notes: Love the verandah! Across from the laundry room but not at all noisy. Midship so the rocking was minimal.
