Ship: Disney Magic Stateroom: 7070 Condition: 5
Deck: 7 Category: 5 Location: Mid
  Sail Date: 06/19/20

Notes: Quiet mid-ship stateroom on the port side. Plenty of room for two adults. View of sunset at Key West from the verandah (western itinerary). Close enought to the midship lifts and stairways. Would definitely rebook the stateroom.

Ship: Disney Magic Stateroom: 7070 Condition: 5
Deck: 7 Category: 5A Location: Mid
  Sail Date: 07/22/15

Notes: Unless you book this cabin with the adjoining cabin 7068, avoid it! We, unfortunately, chose 7070 using old deck plans without knowing it was turned into a connecting cabin during dry dock renovations. They did not sound-proof near the connecting door. During our 12-night Baltic Cruise, we heard EVERYTHING coming from the family (who was traveling with extended family) next door. Some effort was made by cruise staff to muffle the noise, but nothing was effective in reducing the sound. They would have moved us to another cabin, but the ship was fully booked. Otherwise, it's a great port-side cabin with a veranda.

Ship: Disney Wonder Stateroom: 7070 Condition: 2
Deck: 7 Category: 5B Location: Mid
  Sail Date: 08/07/11

Notes: Serious sewage smell. DCL worked on it the entire cruise, but were never able to fix it permanently. At one point, they fixed the smell, but turned off the hot water to the shower. We received a gift as compensation.

Ship: Disney Dream Stateroom: 7070 Condition: 5
Deck: 7 Category: 5C Location: Mid
  Sail Date: 02/20/11

Notes: The room is very quiet at all times of the day. I know our neighbors had children, so either they did a good job of keeping them quiet or the engineers designed some good walls. The room is very close to the midship elevators and stairs. However, depending on the time of day, it might be hard to squeeze into an elevator with a family of 4. We took the stairs often. We had 2 adults and 2 children, 8 and 5 years old. There was plenty of space for all of us. The kids loved the room and the verandah. I watched them closely when they were on the verandah, where they were only allowed to stand or sit. Since the room is on deck 7, you can still look down into the water even though the life boats are several floors below. The room is on the port side and the Dream backs into Nassau and Castaway Cay. So in Nassau, we were looking at a Carnival ship. If the ship wasn't there, we would have had a good view of Nassau. In Castaway Cay, we did not have a view of the family beach area - which was fine with me.

Ship: Disney Wonder Stateroom: 7070 Condition: 5
Deck: 7 Category: 5 Location: Mid
  Sail Date: 01/24/09

Notes: This was actually 2010, but 2009 was the latest year available as a choice. Great roomy cabin, great location, quiet, nice veranda. Plenty of storage (we had 2 people). Bring a power strip if you have cell phones, laptop, etc, only 2 outlets available. No complaints!!

Ship: Disney Magic Stateroom: 7070 Condition: 5
Deck: 7 Category: 5 Location: Mid
  Sail Date: 10/13/07

Notes: Nice port side midship stateroom. Room was clean and very little hallway noise, plenty of room for 2 adults and a 2 year-old. Did not feel a lot of motion in moderate or rough seas. Fairly convenient access to the top decks. Thin walls to room 7072 where we had obnoxiously inconsiderate neighbors. Not sure if the issue was a thin wall or really loud people. Would rebook this stateroom.

Ship: Disney Magic Stateroom: 7070 Condition: 5
Deck: 7 Category: 5 Location: Mid
  Sail Date: 12/04/06

Notes: The room was excellent and well kept by our attendent, jonny. My wife and I never had such a great trip. We enjoyed it so much that we rebooked another cruise for 2008 when we plan on taking our daughter, son-in-law and two grandchildren for another December cruise. The whole adventure was great and the crew and Captain John couldn't do enough to make this an enjoyable first cruise.

Ship: Disney Wonder Stateroom: 7070 Condition: 5
Deck: 7 Category: 7 Location: Mid
  Sail Date: 09/02/04

Notes: I loved my room from the bathroom to the balcony. Would not ask for anything else. It got married on the ship during hurricane Frances and I was so comfortable you would never even know there was a hurricane anywhere in the world. I spent my honeymoon on board and thought that it was quite, pleasant and I could not have dreamed of anything more magical and WONDERful than this trip. The comfort was outstanding and the staff did a great job on keeping our roomin tip top shape.
