Ship: Disney Dream Stateroom: 7086 Condition: 5
Deck: 7 Category: 5C Location: Mid
  Sail Date: 08/31/15

Notes: We loved everything about this cabin. The location was excellent - close to the midship elevators and stairs. It was easy for us to hop up or down the stairs a few decks to get to where we wanted to be. 7086 was very quiet. We couldn't hear our neighbors to the side, above, or below. It was just far enough from the elevators that we didn't get any stairwell noise. This cabin sleeps 4 with a pull down bunk and sofa bed. It adjoins with 7084. We felt like we had plenty of room for a family of four. The split bathrooms were definitely a plus. We were not able to see Castaway Cay from this cabin, but we could see Nassau.

Ship: Disney Wonder Stateroom: 7086 Condition: 5
Deck: 7 Category: 5A Location: Mid
  Sail Date: 07/06/15

Notes: We loved stateroom #7086! It was between the midship and aft elevators, but we tended to use the stairs for everything--just a few flights of stairs down to the MDRs, theaters, and kids' clubs, and a few up to the pools, snacks, spa, and adult-only area. There's a laundry room conveniently located at starboard aft, so it was not far to get our laundry done, and no stairs involved at that. There was plenty of storage between the closet, the steamer trunk, the drawers on either side of the vanity in the sitting area, and the upper cupboards (which we didn't even need). We were able to store our two large soft-shell suitcases under the bed, and put the carry-on medium-size roller suitcase in the closet. There was even still room for the pop-up laundry hamper we brought with us. The split bathrooms can feel slightly cramped if there are two adults in one room, but that is easily avoided. We had two adults and two kids. The sharing worked out very well. I did hear some strange, mechanical noise on the first 2-3 nights during our Alaskan cruise, and confirmed with our neighbors that they heard it too. It seemed to have come from the ceiling near the door, but it was not due to the hangers in the closet, which I had taken off and placed on the floor. It wasn't loud enough to disturb our sleep, however, and I am a light sleeper. Would book again, although if given a choice, I might try another 5A room on the same floor and side but a few rooms closer to forward--7086 is at the very end of midship, closer to aft than forward. I have friends who stayed in 707x and they said they didn't hear anything.

Ship: Disney Dream Stateroom: 7086 Condition: 5
Deck: 7 Category: 5C Location: Mid
  Sail Date: 05/27/12

Notes: Great location, close to elevators and stairs but hallway not busy. Elevators stayed busy, but a few flights up or down the stairs to most everything. Washers and Dryers just down the hall. Lots of room for storage under the bed. Might choose other side of boat in same location next time for view of Castaway Cay while in port. Loved the balcony!

Ship: Disney Magic Stateroom: 7086 Condition: 5
Deck: 7 Category: 5 Location: Mid
  Sail Date: 12/04/10

Notes: Very quiet location. You're right in the middle of the deck so it's easy to get to other parts of the ship. Room was great for a family of four. 1 small note, Disney could have put a light over the trunk at the foot of the bed, it was hard to see what was inside without turning on all of the room lights. Would definitely book this room again.

Ship: Disney Magic Stateroom: 7086 Condition: 5
Deck: 7 Category: 5 Location: Mid
  Sail Date: 04/18/09

Notes: Not noisy aside from next door neighbor's drawers rolling in and slamming against our wall, but that would happen in any stateroom with neighbor. Great location midway between two sets of stairs. Very important because the elevators are SMALL. Room location is only 2 decks down from buffet, pools, etc. Even with stroller we could break it down and run up the stairs easily and not have to wait for elevator. There is not a stateroom across the way, no noisy machinery, no attendants going in and out. On West. Carib. cruise we had views coming into the ports. We would HIGHLY recommend this location.
