Ship: Disney Magic Stateroom: 7120 Condition: 4
Deck: 7 Category: 7A Location: Aft
  Sail Date: 04/14/23

Notes: Actual sail date: April 14, 2024. Great room, location, and lower price since this room has an obstructed balcony view but we didn’t feel like the obstruction was noticeable at all. It gave us shelter from rain and wind. You can tell the wear and tear in the room since the ship is older and I’m assuming a lot of people book this room to save some money. The room door creaked a lot when opened, and the toilet flush button had a delay. Some bars on the verandah clear glass had chips. There’s some vibration from being aft but not too bad compared to deck 5 or 6 aft.

Ship: Disney Magic Stateroom: 7120 Condition: 5
Deck: 7 Category: 7A Location: Aft
  Sail Date: 02/21/16

Notes: This is one of those rooms where the transition from the navigator's verandah (7A) to the open verandah (6A) occurs. So there it is like a regular verandah with a partial obstruction of the angled wall outside. This did not bother me at all. The view at Nassau is the land side and the view at Castaway Cay was the ocean side. Loved our room, just enough space for the three of us. Clean and well maintained. I'm a plus size woman and did not feel uncomfortable in the room at all. When the ship was traveling fast, there was a bit of creaking but that probably happens everywhere. Close to the Aft lifts without being right next to them. Convenient since the Aft lifts is closest to most of the restaurants on other decks.

Ship: Disney Magic Stateroom: 7120 Condition: 5
Deck: 7 Category: 7A Location: Mid
  Sail Date: 01/01/15

Notes: We love this room and it is our first choice when booking. There are four of these type "secret verandah" rooms -- named that because they are basically a full verandah with a slight obstruction, so priced as a navigator's verandah. The "obstruction" for us is not even an issue and provides a bit of shade in that corner. The location is excellent and we find it quiet too.

Ship: Disney Fantasy Stateroom: 7120 Condition: 5
Deck: 7 Category: 4C Location: Mid
  Sail Date: 05/31/14

Notes: Great room with round tub and rain shower. Connects to 7622. This room has a great view as it sits between two lifeboats enabling you to look down and see the ocean and lights from the ship reflecting off the water at night. Sleeps 5.

Ship: Disney Wonder Stateroom: 7120 Condition: 4
Deck: 7 Category: 7A Location: Aft
  Sail Date: 05/27/13

Notes: This room is one with an obstructed view versus the typical classic ship 7A with an oval porthole opening on the verandah. I did like that it had the plexiglass balcony so that you could see out, but the view is obstructed to the upper rear area of the verandah. Of course, if you are standing at the railing, there are no issues. The room was in very good shape with a few dents and scratches in the furniture. Overall it was very quiet, but we did have some overhead noises a few mornings (like chairs moving on deck?), and of course, the rumble of the engines when docking and leaving port. We did have issues with a horrible smell in our bathroom (as did our friends in 7122). It was reported and never fixed during our stay. It appeared to be coming from the drain, so we kept it closed and also always kept the bathroom door shut. For location it was great, close to the aft deck and only a couple of floors up to the drink refill station. I would stay in this room again.

Ship: Disney Dream Stateroom: 7120 Condition: 5
Deck: 7 Category: 4C Location: Mid
  Sail Date: 11/10/11

Notes: This room was excellent. No noise from above or below, spacious, had the bunk beds as well as a murphy bed that came out of the wall (we did not use this bed as there were only 4 of us) The kids loved the bunk beds and fought over the top bunk. The verandah was nice and no obstructions at all. This room is port side. Very very clean and comfortable. The bed was very comfortable as well.

Ship: Disney Magic Stateroom: 7120 Condition: 5
Deck: 7 Category: 7 Location: Aft
  Sail Date: 03/08/08

Notes: We got a tip about this room being the best deal on the ship, and it was. We paid a Navigator's price for a regular verandah. The obstruction was not an issue and we loved being able to watch the ocean from our bed. This location was ideal to Topsiders and the drink station on Deck 9. It was also very quiet. We booked this cabin again for our upcoming cruise!

Ship: Disney Wonder Stateroom: 7120 Condition: 4
Deck: 7 Category: 7 Location: Aft
  Sail Date: 12/13/07

Notes: This room was great! The obstructed verandah wasn't an issue. There was still plenty of room for me and my husband to look out at the same time without the obstruction getting in the way. We saw dolphins in the water at Port Canaveral! The room location put us a fair distance away from the adult pool but its fairly close to the Beach Blanket Buffet and the other dining halls. It's also very close to the "secret" deck at the end of the 7th floor. No complaints about noise, though we did smell smoke from the stack on our verandah one night.

Ship: Disney Wonder Stateroom: 7120 Condition: 5
Deck: 7 Category: 7 Location: Aft
  Sail Date: 10/07/07

Notes: This room was great! Loved that I got a verandah for a navigator's price. I was surprised on how much more storage there was between this room and the inside cabin we had last time. I liked the split bathroom. Easy access to the aft elevators or the back stairs. Not a lot of traffic. Safety drill was inside at Animator's Palate, not in the sun! If you want views of Castaway Cay though get a room on the port side.

Notes: Loved this room. Regular balcony for a cat. 7 price. Very quiet. Easy access to Topsiders and the drink station.

Ship: Disney Magic Stateroom: 7120 Condition: 4
Deck: 7 Category: 7 Location: Aft
  Sail Date: 03/26/05

Notes: Great aft location! This is a previous cat 5 room changed to cat 7 due to curving slope of the ship on verandah. Great price for room, but dummy me did bump head a few times on metal slope. Toilet has a few issues getting clogged up. As with all staterooms I have had (4 total) I feel we should have more control of the AC. For me, staterooms do not get cool enough at times. All in all, 7120 was a good experience.
