Disney Cruise Line Stateroom Number 7668

Notes: This cabin is almost at the very back of the ship which makes the walk to the elevators quite long. It is quiet though, not a lot of hall traffic. When backing into ports the thrusters can be felt but not to an annoying level. The view when looking down from the verandah is a crew walkway and when you look forward there are some tanks of some kind. If we sail on the Wish again we won’t book this cabin or general location.

Notes: Room was in great shape without much hallway noise/traffic and would book again b/c of the savings. The obstruction on the verandah was minimal and provided a bit of shade (verandah is normal sized with 2 chairs and a table). Two things to note: 1)we did have a lot of vibration & noise in this room on several occasions when the ship was moving and most of the first night and 2)the drain on the verandah had a an odor the first day that smelled like a port o potty "air freshener" and lingered b/c that portion of the verandah is enclosed by the white wall, but the odor disappeared after the first night.

Notes: Great Room. The smaller balcony was fine for us- 2 adults 2 kids (9 and 6). It offered some protection on windy days. Great view of Castaway Cay and great view of the fireworks on pirate night. Right up to Cabanans (11) and down to Kids Club (5). Very little noise. Privacy from the elevators. I know other rooms in this category open right onto the elevator lobby- this did not.

Notes: Loved this room. Verandah for a bargain price. Verandah is about 1/3 obstructed by metal framework on the side of the ship. Great access to Cabanas and kid's club. No problems with noise and liked the proximity to the elevators which aren't as busy as midship. You can feel vibration from the engines but it didn't bother me at all. Side thrusters not a big issue as we usually pulled into port after we were awake (even with late nights and sleeping in). Bathroom is split with rectangular shower/tub. Sleeps 4 - queen, plus couch and bunk. On starboard side to great view of Castaway Cay and the busy side of the port during sail away. Long hike to theaters or adults area (we needed the exercise anyways). Adult bar area (Europa) is 3 floors below so easy to get to and far enough away that noise isn't an issue. Would definitely stay here again!

It had a queen size bed, with a couch that will turn into a bed and another bed that comes out of the ceiling. The toilet and shower were separate (great). The verandah was partially obstructed but it really didn't make any difference what so ever to the view. The only negative to this room is that you can feel the vibrations when the ship is slowing down and docking at port. Otherwise, there was no extra noise. We would stay in this room again!
