Notes: This was a great stateroom. The room itself was in excellent condition and everything looked nice and was in good repair. The view from our verandah was lovely. My son and mother really enjoyed watching the workers tether the ship to Castaway Cay the morning we arrived there. This was an adjoining stateroom and I know there were people next door because I saw our stateroom attendant going in to clean it mid-cruise, but I never heard even a peep from our neighbors. This was a very quiet room overall. There was a very slight vibration the first night, when the ship was sailing quickly to reach Castaway Cay from Port Canaveral overnight. I only felt the vibration when resting my head directly against the bed's headboard- it was unnoticeable otherwise and even that was only when the ship was sailing at top speed. Docking at Castaway Cay and Port Canaveral made some noise, as you'd expect to hear in any aft cabin, but it wasn't unpleasant. This stateroom was ideally located just a few cabins away from the aft elevator, and just a few cabins away from the laundry room. There was no noise from either, just a lot of convenience, as it was a quick elevator ride to any type of dining. We easily got food from Cabanas & brought it back to eat in the stateroom. Our stateroom host was excellent. I'd happily sail in this cabin again in the future.
This cabin has a full verandah with plexiglass railing, can accommodate 4 passengers via a double bed, convertible sofa & pull-down bunk bed with stars on the ceiling, and has a split bathroom with toilet & sink in one bathroom room, and rectangular tub and sink in the other bathroom. |
