Notes: very front of ship, view of Castaway Cay, quiet hallway because it is at the end, huge porthole window, great bed, large space in hallway outside door, vibrations from side thruster while docking back at Port Canaveral woke me, but we had to get up anyway,

Deck: 8 Category: 9A Location: Forward

Notes: Very nice room. More than enough room for the two of us. No traffic since it is at the very front of the ship. Good view of Castaway Cay since you are on the correct side.

Ship: Disney Dream Stateroom: 8506 Condition: 5
Deck: 8 Category: 9A Location: Aft
  Sail Date: 06/10/12

Notes: Very Quiet room~ tight hall at entrance as the bathrooms were to the right and closets to the left. Need to be careful coming out not to bump into anyone at the closets or coming in and out of the door. Shared the room with two 18 year old boys. Family was also next to us in room 8504 with their huge corner suite. Loved our larger huge port hole with padded seat to look out. 8504 did not have the same large port hole. Room was clean, bathrooms looked new~ Loved out stateroom host Neoman :)Would be tight with a big family of four all getting ready for dinner every night. Otherwise great cabin~

Ship: Disney Magic Stateroom: 8506 Condition: 4
Deck: 8 Category: 4B Location: Forward
  Sail Date: 10/15/11

Notes: Quiet room - partial overhang on balcony was great for blocking rain and mist but also partially blocked view of fireworks. Beverage cooler, no clock. Drop down berth, murphy bed and double steamer trunk.

Ship: Disney Magic Stateroom: 8506 Condition: 2
Deck: 8 Category: 4 Location: Forward
  Sail Date: 12/01/08

Notes: Upgraded to this stateroom from a 6 by DCL. Bathroom was in very poor condition. Needs a lot of refurbishing in terms of paint chipping, cracked tiles, dirty/missing grout. Very bad smell in hallway days 1-3 because of an overflowed toilet 2 doors down. DCL ran fans in the hall and cleaned the carpets, but that didn't help at all with the smell.

Deck: 8 Category: 4 Location: Forward

Notes: This was a noisy room! There were pipes or something banging above the pull down bed. We really heard a clanging sound all night long. We mentioned it to our Stateroom host, who said an engineer would check into it. However, nothing ever changed. We were upgraded to this cabin from a Cat 6, but if we were upgraded to this cabin again we would not take it! The extra room was nice, but the noise was not worth it. We never got a good night's sleep.
