Notes: I LOVED this stateroom. Convenient location and not too noisy. We like being able to take one flight of stairs to get to where all the action is. Before going outside on deck 9, the spa is right there as well as the short flight of stairs to the Bippity Boppity Boutique. I would recommend this stateroom and hope to stay in it myself again. |

Notes: Good room. A little far forward but good location. Had to go down and forward again to get laundry. No noises or vibration to be felt. Little motion. nothing out of the ordinary. Nav verandah is nothing to worry about. Worth saving the money. Not a problem with the view at all. Great view in all 3 ports. Plus you can see fireworks from this side! we booked again for 2016. |

Notes: Very convenient location just a couple rooms back from the forward elevators. We couldn't hear the people in the rooms on either side of us, and hall noise was minimal. Everything in the room worked well, with the exception of the bathroom door which was a little "sticky" and required some force to latch closed. All else was great. We did hear deck chairs being moved on deck 9 above the room, which was slightly bothersome. We've also stayed in 8514, just a few rooms forward from 8520, but under the spa so much quieter. For that reason, I'd choose 8514 over 8520 if booking a 4B again, but 8520 was definitely a good room! |

Notes: This is a great cabin! Nice and quiet location. Love the views of Castaway Cay! Plenty of room with the pull-down bunk and the veranda was perfect - it kept us from getting too much wind and sun. Would definitely book this cabin again. |

Notes: Our family of 4 (2 adults and 2 children under 6) really enjoyed this room. We never heard any noise outside of a few kids running down the hall maybe once.
I did have horrible motion sickness the first two nights due to waves out of Orlando. It was minimal the rest of the trip, but still a little rocky here and there.
The Navigator's Veranda offered a great view. I didn't feel we missed anything without a standard veranda.
I really enjoyed the convenience of walking up a few decks to 11 for breakfast at Cabanas, the pool and the fitness room or spa. the elevators are very busy during the dinner rush so we would walk to aft elevators if so. I never felt we were far from anything, even restaurants or theaters in aft or mid.
This room offered a great view of the Pirates Night fireworks off deck 11 and Castaway Cay. It's ports idea for St. Thomas and vew of San Juan (not potside).
This room does have a pull down bunk.
I would reserve this room again and actually tried for a future cruise but it was already booked. |

Notes: We sailed in this room shortly after dry dock with DD16 and a friend. Enough room for four adult-size people. Convenient to adult-only areas, especially pool. Overall, room was in good condition. But a critical issue means we'll never book this room or floor again on the Magic - the smell of sewage coming out of the toilet room was pervasive. Perhaps the issue has since been fixed (there were lots of plumbing issues on the Magic post-dry dock). But for us, once was one time too many. We won't risk it again. |

Notes: Very Quiet, like being in a soundproof room. Not much hall traffic. Exiting the elevator into the adult area on deck 11 was nice. Kids can pass through the adults only area on the way to and from the elevators on deck 11. Forward elevators are not used nearly as much as the mid elevators. Theatre down 5 decks, so getting to the shows was easy. Verandah is normal size, partially obscured, but sitting down in the chairs you hardly notice. It is nice having the wind shield on really windy nights. Verandah is private - nobody can see into it from another deck. |

Notes: Great room - great location close to elevator and right under adult pool - very quiet and plenty big enough for 3 adults - good condition and hosa kept it spotless, balcony was just big enough for the two chairs and small table but it did us - great views on castawy cay day - enjoy it we did |

Notes: Four people fit easily, the verrandah was amazing, we were very close to an elevator but it was easy to walk up a flight of stairs to the pools and resturants. Its also close to the suits and we got a peek into one Roy O. Disney Suite |

Notes: We thought our room was great. No noise. Very convenient to just about everything. Could see us leaving the docks in Florida and docking at Castaway Cay. Perfect view. Room size was great -- especially the beds. Bigger than we thought for a stateroom. |

Notes: Loved the room! Wonderful being so conviently close to the elevators - and no additional noise because of that - the elevators and passengers were quiet, plus this room is directly under the quieter adult pool area. The only noise was very quiet early in the mornings - the sounds came from above - they must have been cleaning the decks - I was already awake - it never woke us up.
The convience of being one flight down from the pools was terrific. We skipped the elevators and always used the steps. It was especially nice to hop one flight up to the 24 hour beverage station whenever we wanted.
Families with young children may wish to stay at the back of the ship in this catagory, because those rooms are closer to the children's pool areas on the deck above and the 24 hour beverage station. We have young children and personally didn't mind the walk!
It was great being on this side of the ship because when we backed into Castaway Cay our side of the ship had the view of the island - it was exciting pulling in!
Plenty of room. We almost went with a Catagory 5 or 6. Well worth the upgrade to Catagory 4 - the extra 5 feet or so made a HUGE difference. In that 5 feet of space, we got an extra chair that we used often ... and even better than that was the shelved dresser that we could easily access ALL of our folded clothes. Otherwise, a lot of our luggage would have had to remain in our suitcases.
Our stateroom host (Darwin) was terrific! Wonderful service and extra fun towel folding!
Next time, we'll definitely chose this same room again! Enjoy 8520! |

Notes: The noise was not really a problem. We did hear some noise EARLY in the morning when the crew was moving deck chairs around above. Our room was very convienient to the Mid and Forward Elevators and Stairs. It has the best view of Castaway Cay at port. When docked in Port Canaveral, you have a view of the terminal, surrounding bridges and waterways. There was plenty of room for a family of four to feel comfortable. |
