Notes: Very good location, between mid-ship and forward. Not noisy; good proximity to both forward and mid-ship elevators / stairs. Great view of Castaway Cay (arrival and departure) Plenty of room to unpack.

Ship: Disney Wonder Stateroom: 8548 Condition: 5
Deck: 8 Category: 3 Location: Mid
  Sail Date: 11/15/09

Notes: The room was BEAUTIFUL and gorgeous! Very spacious (for a ship) and neat. there were far more areas for storage than we needed. Four times as many drawers than we used. My only dissatisfaction was from the noise above. We never heard chair scraping in the wee hours so that was good, but it did happen throughout the day and especially in the late evening and you can anyone running hard or even walking w/ heels above you. If you have a napping child that can't sleep through noise, you might have issues. Our son slept only once the whole time. I think this would be an issue though with any of the rooms on this deck. Save for perhaps for the areas not heavily traveled (far forward or aft). I could NEVER stay in any stateroom smaller. We never had the murphy bed down in the bedroom so it was always easy to get out to the veranda there but with the sofa bed out, it was hard to shimmy around. It was a GREAT room. Be sure to look down off of your veranda for dolphins that like to swim off of the wake around the stabilizer. : ) I saw a few our last evening late at night. It was wonderful!

Ship: Disney Magic Stateroom: 8548 Condition: 4
Deck: 8 Category: 3 Location: Mid
  Sail Date: 03/12/05

Notes: Great location, great view of Castaway Cay beach! Close to Midship elevators. Only noise was from Deck 9 above -- lots of "running feet" you could hear on the balcony as well as in the stateroom. Also a lot of deck furniture being scooted around in the evening. Great concierge services and great stateroom host (Austin). Not as roomy as you would expect for a cat 3 room, but what do you expect on a cruise? Murphy bed was in the master bedroom (not a plus for privacy from the 5 year old).

Ship: Disney Wonder Stateroom: 8548 Condition: 5
Deck: 8 Category: 3 Location: Mid
  Sail Date: 03/06/05

Notes: The room was very clean, better then our cruise one year ago. On the negative side - even though it is large, sleeping 5 is tight. The pull out couch was very, very uncomfortable.
