Ship: Disney Fantasy Stateroom: 8584 Condition: 4
Deck: 8 Category: 4B Location: Mid
  Sail Date: 07/29/23

Notes: This room was great - minimal noise from other guests, spacious for the 3 of us (me plus two teens). I liked being near the midship stairs. Everything was in excellent condition, the veranda side panel near the handle was cracked but I only noticed this 5 days in, not noticeable at all and very minor. My only dislike and the reason I’m not giving 5 was the vibration on the double bed headboard. I couldn’t sit up in bed and lean back because it was really bad. One day (between San Juan and St Maarten) I couldn’t feel it but I think the captain was taking it slow perhaps. I felt it every other night. If you are a light sleeper this might bother you.

Ship: Disney Fantasy Stateroom: 8584 Condition: 5
Deck: 8 Category: 4B Location: Mid
  Sail Date: 03/17/18

Notes: This room was perfect for our family of 4 (no murphy bed - will not sleep 5). The location was great, close to the stairs, but not so close to get lots of extra noise. Deck 8 is excellent, as you can walk everywhere from there. Lovely view of Castaway Cay pulling in. No complaints at all, would stay here again.

Notes: Plenty of room, loved the location. Close to stairs and easy to get to pool decks and Cabbanas/drink station. Ample storage for clothes and empty suitcases. Loved this room. Great views from verandah at both Nassau and CC.

Notes: Loved the cruise. It is expensive but it's worth it.

Ship: Disney Fantasy Stateroom: 8584 Condition: 5
Deck: 8 Category: 4B Location: Mid
  Sail Date: 03/09/13

Notes: Stateroom 8584 is highly recommended. The room is close enough to elevators for convenience, but far away enough for quiet. Mid ship location meant a short 3 flights of stairs or elevator ride right to pool area. Room has one queen size bed, one fold down sofa and one ceiling pulldown bunk. Balcony has no obstructions and has views of ports when docked. Size is perfect for 3-4 people. Could not ask for anything more. Room was perfect.

Ship: Disney Fantasy Stateroom: 8584 Condition: 5
Deck: 8 Category: 4B Location: Mid
  Sail Date: 09/22/12

Notes: This is the first Family Verandah cabin from the mid elevators. We heard some noise but nothing crazy. The cabin is not able to be connected on either side but the verandah can be. There is also no Murphy bed, so it can only sleep 4 in beds with the pull down bunk portion. Plenty of space for a crib though if needed. Our only complaint was the category of cabin itself. For two adults, the layout and shower was more functional in the regular verandah cabins but that is just a personal preference. Overall, a great cabin and wouldn't turn it down if given again.

Ship: Disney Magic Stateroom: 8584 Condition: 5
Deck: 8 Category: 4B Location: Aft
  Sail Date: 10/29/11

Notes: Great location. Rainforest showerhead - double steam trunk for storage - comfortable bed - great stateroom host (Ryan from The Phillipines). For the very sensitive - a bit noisy in the morning with chairs moving above. This did not bother us at all. We had planned to stay in the cabin for the fireworks but feared the overhang from Deck 9 would obstruct our view so we went to Deck 10. Not sure if view was obstructed. We did not take the chance. Great view of Castaway Cay when docked. We would reserve this cabin again !!

Ship: Disney Magic Stateroom: 8584 Condition: 5
Deck: 8 Category: 4E Location: Aft
  Sail Date: 10/29/11

Notes: We did not see any major advantage of booking the Family Oceanview over the normal Cat 5 Oceanview cabins. The increased space was at the sliding glass door and we had a double steamer trunk. The bunk bed pull down was nice, but for two of us, we did not need it. Moderate noise early in the evening from Deck 9 as the Crew cleaned up for the night, but nothing major. The overhang from Deck 9 prevented us from viewing the fireworks and a lower Deck would eliminate this problem. Great Ship with a great cabin.

Ship: Disney Dream Stateroom: 8584 Condition: 5
Deck: 8 Category: 4B Location: Mid
  Sail Date: 08/07/11

Notes: This room was great for a family. Great size and slept 4. It did not have the Murphy Bed. There was enough space for 3 adults and 1 child to unpack. It had the round shower with the rain forest head. We got a lot of traffic and it was a bit noisy at times, but nothing that would keep me from booking the room again!

Ship: Disney Magic Stateroom: 8584 Condition: 4
Deck: 8 Category: 4B Location: Aft
  Sail Date: 01/14/11

Notes: We really loved the location of this room. It's right off the aft elevators and stairs, perfect for running up one flight to grab something to eat or drink. We also had a gorgeous view of Castaway Cay when we docked. Cons - The verandah door was very difficult to close because it's nearly broken. It was a hassle every single time we tried to close it. The room can get noisy at night and in the morning when crew is getting Topsiders ready for meals. It didn't bother us too much but we did notice it. Other than those two things, the room was great.

Ship: Disney Magic Stateroom: 8584 Condition: 5
Deck: 8 Category: 5 Location: Aft
  Sail Date: 08/29/09

Notes: Excellent location, not much noise from connecting cat 3, really quiet room!
