Disney Cruise Line Stateroom Number 8646

Notes: Would definitely book this room again and/or stay in aft section again. Close, but not too close to aft elevator bank and stairs. Quiet location. Liked how much quieter it was and less traffic than other cruises on Disney ships where we had cabins in midship and forward sections. Shower was awesome as it had fantastic water pressure. Great for getting to most dinning rooms and adult entertainment areas as these are at the aft section of the ship. Verandah has a slightly obstructed view, but it didn’t bother us as the obstruction is small. Great view of Castaway Cay. Can feel vibration from propulsion system in cabin and in the bed, but it didn’t bother us and actually helped me to fall asleep. It can be a walk to the midship and forward elevator banks and stairs, but I would rather have the quiet and less traffic we experienced in the aft section. Liked the deck as it was only a couple of decks below 11 and could take the stairs if elevators were too busy.

Notes: Great room, close to Aft elevators and quiet. Sleeps 3, with no pull down bed, only sofa that converts to bed. Liked room so much booked another cruise with the same room.

Notes: This was a really nice cabin with great views of Castaway Cay and Nassau. Even though the verandah has an "obstructed view" it was not something that bothered me at all and I would book this cabin again in the future. It was a very very minor obstruction and did not affect the view our our enjoyment at all. Would definitely book this cabin again.

Notes: Quiet as can be, great location near the aft stairs but not so close that you hear them. A little side to side movement during rough seas but the room was perfect inside.

Notes: I give this room an average rating only because for a Disney room, it is slightly less than expected. Mainly, there is no bunkbed in this room and it seems to be designed only for families of three or less. Lacking a bunkbed made the room feel smaller and certainly was a disappointment to my son. The balcony is also partially obstructed on one side. Not a tremendous obstruction, but it is not exactly the "full view" I had anticipated. Beautifully positioned for Castaway Key, overlooking the bay. Also in a good position to see fellow travelers sprinting to the gangway just minutes before the "all aboard"! Not noisy, though aft position might be challenging for those who are susceptible to motion sickness. On the Fantasy, I'd probably try to be a bit closer to midship next time. It's a big ship and hard to be on either end I imagine.

Notes: Very nice stateroom. Spacious and comfy. The verandah was awesome. I missed the rain shower, shower head from cabin #8672 but enjoyed the views while in port. Close to Cabanas, deck 11 and AP. I was quite pleased with the room.

Notes: quiet cabin, the most comfortable queen size bed, family of 3 were very comfortable,great views of Atlantis resort and Castaway Cay when in port
