Ship: Disney Fantasy | Stateroom: 9074 | Condition: 5 |
Deck: 9 | Category: 4A | Location: Mid |
Sail Date: 10/04/14 | ||
Notes: My wife and I stayed in this room in October of 2014. We were traveling without kids, and we enjoyed both the size and the location of this room. Being near the midship elevators/stairs made it easy to get anywhere on the ship. There was occasional hallway noise, but never any noice from above, below or the rooms next to us. Everything in the room seemed to be in excellent condition. We especially enoyed the verandah when arriving at or leaving ports. No problems with motion either. |

Notes: Very convenient to the Midship elevators and only two flights of stairs away from Deck 11 near Flo's and Ice Cream bar. There was a lot of space and plenty of drawers for 4 of us. Even with the bunk bed and sofa turned out the room felt spacious (for a stateroom). This room did not have an adjoining room so noise from the neighbors was existent. We have small children and needed to go the clubs frequently the elevators mid ship get very busy so we often took the stairs which was 4 flights. I love the room, but I think while the kids are small I might get something on 7 or 8 so I split the difference between deck11 and deck 5 |
Ship: Disney Dream | Stateroom: 9074 | Condition: 5 |
Deck: 9 | Category: 4A | Location: Mid |
Sail Date: 04/14/13 | ||
Notes: Nice midship location. We enjoyed this room. No murphy bed. During the day there was a "rolling" sound several times throughout the day. Not at all sure what was making the noise--sounds like a sliding closet door being opened and closed--but the closet doors don't slide on the Dream so not sure what it was. More of a curiousity than a problem. |
Ship: Disney Dream | Stateroom: 9074 | Condition: 5 |
Deck: 9 | Category: 4C | Location: Mid |
Sail Date: 06/26/11 | ||
Notes: Our second trip on the Dream. We LOVED this stateroom (not sure exactly which category but we think it was a 4c). We loved the shower which was like a mini-tub but had a rain shower head as well as a hand held option. It appeared bigger than our previous room on deck 10. We would occassionally hear some noise & wonder 'what was that', but nothing that kept us from enjoying this. Location Midship was close to elevators but not too close for the noise (about 5 staterooms down). Also this was not a connecting room, so no noise from other neighboring cabins. Loved our room attendant too. |
