Disney Cruise Line Stateroom Number 9608

Notes: Our stateroom, 9608 was on the ninth floor truly in the center of the ship. We reserved a Deluxe Family Oceanview Room with Verandah, Category 4A. If the price is right, we highly recommend reserving this category stateroom. We were conveniently located between the midship and aft staircase. The location of our stateroom was convenient to both the midship elevators, which allowed quick access to The Cove, but our stateroom was also a short walking distance from the ship’s aft staircase which ascended to the entrance of Cabanas, the Disney Dream’s breezy breakfast, lunch and dinner buffet. Our verandah was also a nice retreat during the busier times on the ships upper decks. Our verandah was the perfect way to take in the spectacular views and fresh vitamin sea. We cannot praise our stateroom host enough for his excellent service and attention to detail. Wijaya went above and beyond during our time on the Disney Dream. Notes: This was a wonderful room in great condition. It accommodates 4 people with a berth and a couch.( No Murphy bed). We loved the separate bathrooms and the rain shower and round tub. The verandah was wonderful and well worth the cost for the room. The only noise we would hear is when kids would run down the corridor, otherwise it was pretty quiet. As for the location, the room is located half way between mid ship and aft so it was a bit of a walk to our room. This room is on the starboard side and provides a beautiful view of Castaway Cay when in port. We would definitely stay in this room again!

Notes: I did hear some noise very little and very tolerable. Very convenient, just a long walk to laundry - hopefully you won't need it. Loved the views being port side - a big plus! One of the largest verandah rooms. 2 adults, one adult -size 11 yr old and one 3 yr old and there were no issues with space.

Notes: This is a perfect stateroom. No noise at all. Quiet from start to finish. The stateroom was in working condition from door to verandah. We loved our host. He was great. We loved that we really were in the center of the ship. We would walk to aft or forward depending on where we were headed. We also loved how large this stateroom is. And the round tub is a joy. My husband when nuts over the rain shower head. We wish we could always book this stateroom.

Notes: Perfection. Quiet. So much room that all 7 of our suitcases were out of sight! We had 2 adults and one 8 year old girl in the room.
