Notes: My family and I sailed on the Dream in room 9634 for a three-night cruise. There were four of us - me, my 16 year old daughter, my 68 year old mother and a 65 year old friend of the family.
The room included a comfortable queen bed, a sofa that converted to a twin bed, a twin? size bunk that dropped from the ceiling and a twin size murphy bed that dropped out of the wall right near the doors to the veranda. The bunk bed worked for my 16 year old daughter but wouldn't be appropriate for a full size adult. I slept on the murphy bed and it was OK. Not the softest mattress in the world, but doable. My mother said the queen bed was comfortable and our friend had no complaints about the sofabed.
There were two bathrooms. One, with a sink and the toilet and another with a sink and a round bathtub/shower. The bathtub wasn't particular deep but it would work for bathing a child. In addition, the stall had a built in seat and the shower controls were right nearby. This set up made things easier on the older folks, as well as providing a comfortable spot for shaving your legs.
The room was very clean and the room staff was extremely responsive to all requests. Even with the four of us, the room felt spacious and there was plenty of storage for all our stuff.
The room was not too far from the aft stairs and was also convenient to the mid-ship stairs. It was two levels below deck 11 (where the pools, buffet and free drinks are) so it was easy to run up the stairs to get something. The decks above and below are staterooms so we didn't hear any noise from the pools or restaurants.
Overall, it was a great room and I would choose it again. |

Notes: Great room!. No vibration whatsoever. We had three adults and a 13 year old boy. You are told to move all belongings off the veranda one night because of fireworks,(Fireworks are on that side of the ship). I tested out all of the beds, (Queen, sofa, ceiling and murphy) and even brought a mattress out to the veranda and slept there once. They were all comfortable, (I'm 5-9)
The round shower/bathtub was fantastic. Split bathroom helped out a lot. Proximity to the aft stairs and elevator was perfect. |

Notes: This room was great! It's closer to the aft elevators than mid. It's just below cabanas so there is easy access to food & the soda station. It's a fairly huge room with the queen bed, sofa bed, top bunk & Murphy bed. You can't go out on the balcony while the Murphy bed is down though. I would choose this room again in a heartbeat. |
